I almost want to claim that it was racially based. We arrived at the tattoo shop around 6pm with the mindset of getting my tattoo which would have taken an hour max. The two men sitting on the bench asked me what I wanted, gave me a price, and then continued with what they were doing. After waiting for about 15 mins one of the artist came back out and said we had to wait on a man who would do my tattoo, and we said okay. An hour passed and I still had not been sat for my tattoo. Eventually my boyfriend walked inside and asked what was going on. That was when the artist wanted to claim that we had walked away off. Mind you, we had been waiting outside on the benches the entire time. I even saw THREE tattoo artist walk out of the shop and go to the bar next door. Within 10 mins of my boyfriend asking what was going on, the tattoo artist came back out and told me that the man was done for the day. I live in McDonough, so not only did I waste my gas money, they had us sitting there for over an hour with no service only to tell us he wasn’t doing it anymore. I think I’ll just stick to the Marked Society.

Motivation and Muscles with Mayya Allen
I had an appointment with Rat at 4pm today, but I decided to get there 30 mins early. Mr. Rat was ready and available so we got started! He was ready, he gave me some suggestions and off we went! Rat was gentle, and I loved his attention to detail. The tat took less time then I thought! When I got home I was so impressed with Rats work!!! I will definitely be going back to see him again for my next tattoo!!!

Great tattoo shop! The shop is clean and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend my tattoo artist Bill! He is a sweet heart, his lines are straight, and he blends colors beautifully! He is very talented and shared his artistic opinion with me to insure I was 100% satisfied with my new “get the glow back in my life “ ink. I’m going back for a second tattoo tomorrow! i will forever suggest Jolly Roger to anyone who’s looking to get tattooed. i’ve gotten all but two of my tattoos from there and i’m in love with every piece i’ve gotten from them. i’ve also gotten most of my piercings from them as well and they’re so great at making sure you know how to care for your piercings and tattoos afterwards. everyone who works there is amazing and their prices are great as well!

I’m not going to say their not inclusive, however being a minority myself I did not receive a warm welcome. I was given the protocol to achieve a tattoo session and it was very quick and rushed communication. No one never followed up.

Jolly Roger Tattoo is a great place for a tattoo. Friendly service, great prices, and amazing artwork. Came in the other day to get a custom monokuma tattoo by artist DC. He did a fantastic job and I can't wait till it heals will definitely be going here again for my next one!
