The owner and his wife are great people. Johns specialization is in shading and does an amazing job with his tattoos. Very experienced and well deserved for the 5 stars! John will have your tattoo looking great! Definitely has my business for future tattoos. I highly recommend him!!!

I went in yesterday for a 3/4 consult and a piercing. Roy was genuinely interested in what I wanted done and assured me he would give me exactly what I wanted. Jessica who does the piercings was SO sweet! She made sure to walk me through every step of what I was about to go through and what I would need to do take care of it. She was very cheerful and upbeat so it took any nervousness I had away! I highly recommend this shop! Such a nice group of people ❤

John, Jessica & Roy are awesome! We had a large group of friends come in for several tattoos and a few piercings. They were more than accommodating and thorough with each and every one of us. Jessica did my nose piercing and she was excellent. Her patience, kindness and genuine concern for my liking of placement, jewelry choice and comfort really impressed me. With it being my first piercing, I had plenty of nerves but she never once made me feel silly or awkward. This is the place to go for a great piercing experience!

John does awesome work. Walked in on a random afternoon and he sat down and talked with us about what we were getting and scheduled a date to come in and get the tattoo. The work was awesome and will definitely be going back. The atmosphere of the shop is very relaxed and family friendly, my buddy even brought his 6 year son with him. No problems at all. Will be back in the future

I went in for my very first tattoo last night and was so pleased with my results. I was tattooed by John Guanlao and he was so much fun to work with. I came in with a good idea for my tattoo and he created a beautiful piece of art that is even better than I could have imagined. I felt completely comfortable there since the parlor is clean and the tattoo artists had great reviews. We will definitely be coming back for my husband to get inked as well. They get 5 stars in all areas of excellence. They promptly responded to my inquiry of getting a cover-up tattoo while in town from CA. I got in touch with John and came into the shop as soon as I arrived into Augusta. That's where I met Roy and we talked about the tat I wanted and I gave him my ideas. We set the date and when I came in, he had an idea planned out, which I loved and approved and 2 hours later, it was completed. Excellent work, fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

Jessica pierced both me and my sister (16 & 12). Both of us had previously closed piercings, and she was able to reopen mine and give me a second piercing! She was very comforting and there was next to no pain, we’ll absolutely be going back
