Got my tongue pierced today, Kimberly did a great job, she was patient and quick plus didn't hurt one bit, and she was very nice and put my mind at ease. It's a very clean establishment. My husband and I will definitely be returning for our future piercings and tattoos.

My husband made his appointment, we paid the 50 bucks then the man rescheduled the tattoo, said it would take longer because the piece was larger and had more detail. Then the day before the next appointment my husband asks again for a picture of the drawing, this is after all my husbands first tattoo of his choosing. He was excited and has been talking about it for two weeks. The tattoo artist quickly returned his text message stating; he could not do the tattoo. The only explanation we received was something felt off about doing the tattoo and apparently my husband made him feel uncomfortable and he could not explain how. I personally was there for two out of three of there conversations and the man was excited about the tattoo change to the clocks and gears! Personally I'm very upset you're doing a tattoo not setting up therapy, I thought this was a business! We will be taking our money elsewhere, I would not recommend using them it's not worth your time or money. Again I will stress to anyone trying to use this "company" don't! If I could insert a picture of our conversation I would just to prove my point on how immature and unprofessional this business is! Good luck to those who use this company!

Alison pierced my septum today, and she was amazing! Super professional, very clean, made me comfortable. The best situation you could go into for a piercing. 10 out of 10 will go back!!

They have reached out to attempt to resolve the issue. I appreciate that. However they have it so you have to discuss your art either in person or through the receptionist. We live far away and couldn't get a response from an artist about the design. New shop policy. Its not good because if the design isn't what we actually want to get on our body we will have driven 2 hours to be told to come back again when its redrawn. Bad shop policy, miss the old trademark. A receptionist can not tell me what an artist can about a design. Already booked a consultation once, never got a picture of the design or anything so we will take our business elsewhere.

Anthony was spot on. He was personable, friendly and gentle handed. I took one star away because the artists not working sat around out front smoking. And Kim the employee had a inappropriate conversation behind the counter wile we were getting our work prepared. The only other negative was no up front estimate or price ($80 shop and 125/hr).

I came in and got my septum pierced. I paid around 30 dollars for the entire thing: pierce, jewelry, and then 10 for the tip. My artist was professional and really cool and even hung out with me a little after to make sure I was okay. They gave me lots of resources and I never had a single problem with the piercing or the jewelry. It's been almost 6 months now and everything is still good!

We had a great experience. Sal was our artist. We went for my husband for a Father's Day gift ... And returned this evening for our son to gift him with a Tatt for his Father's day ... Sal was very helpful, professional and made us feel at ease ... This was the hubby's first .. Thanks again to Trademark and all of the staff there , who also was very welcoming & patient with answering our questions.

I've always gone and seen Diony. Tonight I got work from Forest. Can't recommend him enough. Genuine guy who really puts his heart in his work. Well worth checking him out. Diony and forest will be my go-to tattoo artist from here on out!
