My husband paid upfront for his whole arm sleeve and sat through 3 6 hour sessions which mostly consisted of smoking and talking outside than tattooing and still never got his sleeve finished. Eric refused to finish it. Would not recommend at all.

I called ahead of time and sent in photos to have a custom piece done. The artist I was supposed to have was almost impossible to reach during the entire week prior to my coming in. I finally go into the parlor (at least 30mins -1hr early) and not only was a small child running around unattended (in the waiting room and the back where someone else was getting tattooed), said child was hitting and throwing things at and around the customers in the shop (myself, my friend, and another person who was waiting). I was repeatedly told I would see the piece before coming in - never saw it, but held faith that it would work out. She saw me come in, and while she was in the middle of tattooing someone she stopped and began freehand drawing a different tattoo on the arm of the other person in the waiting room. Not in a chair, just in the waiting room. The front room just felt dirty, and I'm sorry but having a small child running around a tattoo shop is not my idea of professional. She ended up taking her kid outside to change him on the table out back, I have no idea if she washed her hands or not because I just left. I texted her apologizing because I felt like it was a waste of her time and mine, and explained that I did not feel comfortable getting a tattoo done by her or in that shop. Her response was not professional in any manner, and I personally do not see myself going back. The only reason this is getting 2 stars and not 0 is because the male employee I spoke with was the only person who seemed to know what he was doing and/or care that a customer was actively trying to get work done through their shop. I won't say don't go, but I will say go at your own risk.

Eric did an amazing job fixing my septum piercing. The female piercer (who I didn’t get her name) is also amazing. They educated me very well. Made me comfortable. She even held my hand. Would recommend anyone going there.

I've had so many great experiences with them!! Good prices, wonderful work, good vibes and all around great ❤ been using them for few years for different piercings and tattoos and definitely will keep going to them!

Got 5 piercings done at once. The owner was very professional and made it an overall gun and exciting experience. Great prices as well!

Tattoos...been 2 years (May) that I have had them done and everyone that sees them says how great they are . I send EVERYONE I know that wants a tattoo to Eric.( he's the ONLY 1 I WILL USE)

Please don’t come here for piercings. The girl that did mine didn’t disinfectant the area where she was piercing.
After getting it my nose pierced I soon realized that she didn’t clean the area and when I ask my friends if they noticed if she cleaned the area. They also said she didn’t.
Please don’t come here and if you do pay close attention because I regret not watching what she was doing.
I hope it doesn’t get INFECTED!

Super friendly place to visit. I was there for piercings (faith for migraine prevention) and glad that they were so knowledgeable as I had originally selected the piercing that was better for tension headaches rather than migraine. Despite my having a bit thicker cartilage than expected, they made it as painless as possible and the lady was even willing to hold my hand to help me.
Next time I visit it will be for a tattoo as I was blown away by the artwork I had seen, especially the lady's Ursula(Little Mermaid) tattoo on her arm. It was so well done and just gorgeous. A lot of talent. Plus I love the laid back atmosphere as it really makes you feel so much more relaxed.

I got my nose pierced, painless and so easy. She walked me through how to keep it clean and told me if I needed any type of help with she would be available. Extremely friendly and professional. I’ll be going back to get my septum soon!

I can’t speak on the tattoo work I’m sure there are great people here. However all I’m saying is i went in for a tongue piercing. She pierced it got the needle through but couldn’t get the jewelry in. After attempting twice with a threader she could not. So I got a needle in the tongue for no reason, and had to leave with no piercing. She then told me to come back next week to try again. Why on earth would I come back? Let alone pay full price considering the first experience, if you want me to come back after something like that at least try to make amends with a discount seriously anything besides the “sucks to suck” attitude. I was not acting squeamish as I already have many tattoos and piercings so that wasn’t a factor. Shesh I let her do it twice, just to try and get it in. I think it came down to lack of experience and training on her end. She was young and I’ll be seeking out a more seasoned professional in the future. All I can speak on is piercing wise please go to a more repeatable shop with experienced workers. It’s worth a 40 min drive to jax if ya gotta. My experience with this chick was the equivalent to having a 16 year old pierce me with a safety pin in a highschool bathroom. No crack at the shop, just check who y’all got working for you and the quality of practice they exhibit.
