got upset because we ended up going to another tattoo shop before them. told us we’d be the first in and it’s been over 5 hours and it still says we’re first in line. we went back in to ask about it and they said they were short staffed trying to figure it out. but they had a couple people who looked like they were just sitting there doing nothing. this is very unprofessional and childish. i’m sorry you weren’t the only one to do tattoos on us, it happens. but we went to someone else again anyways. you’re just losing money this way, grow up. and before you respond to my review, make sure it’s professional unlike the way you’re responding to others. you’re suppose to be pleasing your customers, not treating them the way you are.

Walked in for a small arm tattoo and was in and out within 25 minutes. Girl who did my tattoo was so nice and I was able to relax fully. Gave me exactly what I wanted:) Will be back for my next ones!!!

This place is so incredibly professional and kind. I got my first non-love piercing here and was so nervous! The entire staff was kind and encouraging and answered all of my questions. I have gotten 3 tattoos and 2 ear piercings from them and they were really good. The artist was very professional and clean. The piercer knew what she was doing and made it quick and painless. I would recommend New Vision if you want a tattoo or piercing.
