Mind's Eye Tattoo

I made appointments for my friend and I for December 5th, 2 weeks in advance on november 22nd, both of us scheduled with Damon.

We were both confirmed by the owner days before but a few hours before our appointments, i was contacted by Damon who said he was backed up and would not be able to keep my appointment.
I asked him if my friends appointment was also cancelled and he asked me who his appointment was with and what was he wanting. I already had been through all of this when i made the appointments. He then told me if he got caught up, he would let me know and he might still be able to get me in, but he had to leave by 6pm.
I told him that was not an option because i lived an hour away. He then found my friends appointment, with an artist by Al. He said when Al got back to the shop, he would have him call me to see if he could work me in after my friend.
I told him to cancel everything. At this point, i am done fooling with people who can't seem to manage their schedule and keep customer appointments.
I reached out to killer ink and they are working my friend and I into their schedule.

I more recently moved to Flowery Branch from out of state, and I had randomly chosen to go to a different salon here. They completely botched my highlights and hair color. I decided to try Mind's Eye Salon and got Michelle. She was incredibly personable, down to earth, totally got my low maintenance personality, and was very focused on correcting my color issues and doing it with precision. The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming. I will continue to go back to Michelle!!

Al was very mean and rude. He kicked us to the curb while we had had an appointment for weeks, he had an 8 o’clock behind us but cut us out because he was running late but kept the 8 o’clock. He was very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend him tattooing anyone that wants it to be handled with professionalism and having a good experience getting your tattoo. Would give 0 stars if available

My boyfriend & one of his best friends were looking for a good shop that could turn their tattoo idea into a custom piece without being ripped off. They looked around the Flowery Branch, Athens, & Gainesville area and came across Mind's Eye Tattoo & Salon. They had really great reviews online so they decided lets check it out & see what they can do. The moment we walked in I personally noticed how awesome their decor was and how friendly everyone seemed. The owner Heath & his brother Damon were amazing! They sat down with them and went over exactly what they wanted & made what would of been a plain three line quote tattoo into a really cool custom piece! If you're wanting your tattoo to be unique, thought out, and done correctly, go check out Mind's Eye! Not only do they do great work but they will try their best to fit you in ASAP & they'll treat you like family, unlike a lot of other places. Don't go to some shop that's going to rip you off for some Microsoft Word printed tattoo, be different & let the awesome staff at Mind's Eye create your own custom piece! Thanks Damon for doing such an awesome job on Jordan's & Justin's tattoo, we'll definitely be back!!

The place has a cool vibe, they are down to earth and funny. Travis is our artist and his work is exemplary... The color, the content...Loving it!

Just a walk in... the young lady answered my questions, I gave her my idea of small owl, she sketched it up, added her own twist, and we began. Very friendly, I had come into area for weekend. Great work, great price and wonderful artist. Heading into area end of March, so will stop in for another diddie! Check them out, highly recommend. This was 3years ago, and the shop is in same locale. Enuff said!

Turkey was amazing ! I got a really awful tattoo covered up. And the piece he did for me looks amazing! Thank you ! ❤️ I can’t wait to come back for my next one.🙂

I drove from North Carolina to get a tattoo by Turkey. I will definitely return for more tattoos. Great work. Excellent vibe. Just be careful, Turk smells like bologna n dukes mayonnaise.

Alissa is THE BEST! Always takes her time making sure your hair is exactly how you want it. Never had a solid hair stylist before I went to her and now I refuse to see anyone else.

First time here, first tattoo.... I was excited and I got lucky.. Me and my daughter got matching. I am blessee to have had heath do ours. Fell on love with it. I am very very pleased.
