Called to make an appointment . Went to voicemail everytime. Opens at 12PM so I drove up there and called again. No answer. Then a woman walked out and locked up the store and drove off. Just be closed on Mondays then since you guys choose not to answer the phone during “opening hours”. Parking lot was empty as well.

WARNING !!! WHEN PAYING A DEPOSIT, DO NOT USE CASH ! I had to dispute charges from this company with my debit card because they didn't want to refund my money back to me after not having my cover-up sketch done within 2 weeks after paying a $60 deposit fee. They are very rude, unprofessional, and unorganized.

I got charged $60 for a heart outline on my finger. Granted, I should’ve asked for the price before I got it. And I still paid for it after it was done but I definitely won’t be going back.
