Richard put a 4 inch scorpio constellation on my daughters side
Its basically a straight line with a few tiny stars. It took less than 45 minutes and he charged her 150.00dollars. I recommend going elsewhere. He took advantage of her being young and not knowing. 75 dollars would have been a fair price.
