I highly recommend this place. They are wonderful people, it is a clean, sterile environment. Billy did a beautiful job on my double lobe piercing. He is very nice, experienced, and answers ll of your questions. It's an older woman, I didn't feel out of place,in fact, I felt at home. Thank you Billy for the beautiful work.

I’ve been tattooed all over the country but NO ONE rivals Jake! Not only is he the best artist I’ve ever been to, but he’s also professional, funny, and knowledgeable about the art. Within fifteen minutes of meeting him all of this was clear. He completed my largest piece to date on my chest and it’s the most beautiful work I’ve seen. Went and got my bottom navel pierced today and Billy was awesome!! So funny and professional, educated me on what he was doing and how to take care of my piercing. Will DEFINITELY be back to see him. Piercing turned out amazing, didn’t hurt and looks gorgeous!

Pretty irked with my experience with this shop. I found an artist someone from work recommended me and was told to message him on IG. It's been 3 weeks, no response, the message wasn't even read. The other day, I called the shop and was told he'd be at work that day after 2, so I showed up at 3. The staff was nice and greeted me, shop was clean but when I asked about the artist I was literally told they have no idea when he's coming in, but he should be in that day. Pretty unprofessional response which contradicted what I was told only hours before. Waited another 30 minutes before leaving and staff tells me the best way to get in touch with him is through his IG. I told them I already did and they said oh well just try and catch him one of these days then.
I'm sorry, I'm not driving 30 minutes every day to see if one of your employees will magically show up. Really unfortunate that poor stewardship is driving business out of Augusta.

Billy was absolutely awesome!!!! I went in SO nervous and anxious! I almost ran out several times! He was so understanding and really helped me to feel at ease and comfortable! The conversation was epic as well. I feel like he would be awesome to just hang around and talk to for hours. The entire experience was by far the BEST piercing / tattoo shop experience I've ever encountered! The amount of professionalism and knowledge he brings to his expertise is absolutely inspirational. I went to him out of everyone in Augusta (because believe me I researched them ALL) based on his good reviews and I'm so happy to say they were all right!!!!!!!! You have a customer for life from me!!!! Thank you again!!

I am at this shop quite often. I mostly go for piercings, seeing as Billy is the best there is. I have many piercings done by him with some gorgeous jewelry just recently put in.
Recently I went for my first tattoo, which was done by Gus and I give that a huge round of applause. I love the work he did and the patience he had cause I was pretty nervous 🤣 but it came out really great!!
The shop staff is also very friendly and welcoming ❤️ I always walk in to feeling surrounded by a group of good friends 😁😁😁. 5 outa 5 star for Aces and Eights Tattoo!!

Billy is so amazing!!! Very professional and helped keep me calm during my piercings! He makes sure you completely understand everything he is about to do and after he goes over the cleaning and healing processes. 10/10 would go again, I definitely will, and will recommend anyone to him!
