Great experience with my friend getting her first tattoo, my 5th, and some piercings. Staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful!

I had my nose pierced. It was not an overall bad experience but I didn't expect the piercer to also pierce the outside of my nose. Granted it was a small flesh wound but nonetheless, I should not have had a wound on the septum of my nose. I also didn't get any say in what jewelry that went in to my piercing. I got told it was the L stud shape and that was it. There was no consult whatsoever prior. I feel relieved that I've had piercings in the past so...ok??? Lol . I wanted a hoop.
Now take two.
I decided to go back in to get a hoop for my nose piercing 6wks later. It is a little too big even after I told the girl what I wanted. I just feel like the overall experience at this place has went downhill. I felt rushed and like she didn't want to hear me for what i wanted. I've heard so many good things about this place but after two separate experiences and getting not so good customer service then I'll have to leave this review. Pick another place if you would like to be treated like an actual human being with expectations of what you're asking to get. They are clearly lacking right now.

Took my 4yo for piercing and couldn’t be happier. Chris was very friendly and patient with her which helped tremendously with her. Very professional and gave very clear instruction for the aftercare. Definitely recommend this business.

Their tattoo work is great but I wanted to get my 14 yr old daughters ears peirced and they told me I'd have to go to the court house and get a legal document to do so. She's 14 and looks just like me. No denying she's my kid. MAKES NO SENCE AT ALLLLLLLLL

Everyone was nice when I walk through the door the young lady up front was very nice greedy u with a smile the owner was there she is very cool my tattoo artist was Johnny crews very professional and cool I will be going back for another tattoo I'm quite satisfied luv the place.

Our daughter had her ears pierced two separate times here. They are very professional and kid friendly highly recommend it.

Chris was awesome. Wife wanted some piercings (ear, tongue and belly button). Was greeted when we walked in. Chris explained everything from the procedures to the piercings to the after care. Wife was nervous but he took care of her. Pierced her quickly yet effectively and helped calm her down. We will be back. Thanks Chris.

My son decided to get his ears pierced for his 18th birthday. I asked someone (with multiple ear piercings) where he would recommend & he told us to go to Ms. Deborah's.
