The owner of this shop is ridiculously awesome. She is super easy to talk to and connect with. Please spend your money here, she is a mother and this is her business to support her family. The shop itself is clean and organized. She is very communicative about aftercare of her services, and is readily available for any questions. This is the first time I have gotten piercings (nose and lip) from this shop, and I am extremely happy with the results. She took her time and ensured I knew every step of the process. If you are looking for new ink or a new piercing; this is the shop you need to check out.

I had a cartilage piercing done by Karen and she was great.
I'm in my forties and only had a couple of lobe piercings in each ear (having two was considered pretty out there when I was in my teens) so was a bit nervous about the cartilage. Karen was incredibly sweet - she took the time to answer all my questions beforehand and never made me feel like a silly middle-aged woman, which I was a little scared whomever did the piercing might do.
Karen discussed the location with me, marked the spot so I could check it, was quick and professional about the piercing itself, and gave me clear instructions for aftercare
Overall, a really great experience with Karen at Eternal Art. If I decide to have anything else done in the future then I would most definitely return.

The only word I can use to describe my overall experience at Eternal Art is AWESOME. I had a general idea of the tattoo I wanted but it took me about ten years to decide to go ahead with it. I wasn't sure who to call since it had been over a decade since my last tattoo but decided to call Eternal Art since I had one of my tattoos done by the same company years ago. Come to find out the shop had changed hands and changed locations however all for the better. I called the shop and spoke to Karen and shared my ideas with her and she had said she would draw something up for me. When I went to check out what she had drawn up, I loved it so much. I decided to get a full back piece and have been in and out of the shop for the last five months. Karen's a true artist and a wonderful person. She's got a light touch too which helped tremendously. I have one session left until my piece is complete and every time I have gone into the shop it has been the most awesome experience. Not only am I pleased with the tattoo, I loved talking to everyone that was in the shop on the days I went in. I have gotten more compliments and support with the piece than ever expected and when I decide it's time for my next tattoo I am definitely going back! The shop is clean, the people are nice and again...the most awesome experience you'll ever have. I wish there was a six star rating because Karen so deserves more than five.

Karen did a fabulous job on my tattoo! She is a perfectionist & took the time to make it look great. She was also very funny & an awesome human to spend an afternoon with. We had a lot of laughs. I will definitely be back😊

Karen pieced my ears and did a great job. No pressure when I felt there needed an adjustment to the marked points desired. In the end she makes them perfect and I was satisfied 😌

I was on vacation in Florida with my best friend. I woke up and decided I wanted to get my doubles pierced. We googled piercing shops and called. Karen was so informative on the phone! We went right over. Karen’s shop is SO nice and clean! All of her Materials are new and she opens it all right infront of you! Within seconds my ears were done and I was in love! My friend and I were talking about tattoos also (getting our first ones). Karen recommended coming back the night before we leave since we wouldn’t be able to swim. We went back tonight and got our tattoos! Both VERY nervous Karen made us feel relaxed and comfortable. She is so fun to talk with. I am so glad that we found Karen! Definitely will be going back next time I’m in town! Thank you so much for everything karen we love you!

I went to this shop as a walk in. I met Karen who is the tattoo artist and owner. The shop was incredibly clean. She told me she would be able to tattoo me but I would have to wait until she was done with her appointment (which I understood and expected). She helped me with my design. She was honest about what was going to look good and what wouldn't. She did great work! I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back again.

I would just like to say that Karen gives Karen’s a good name!! Karen was awesome, and has a great sense of humor. I was on vacation and leaving soon and she fit my brother & I into her busy schedule. She did exactly what we wanted with our matching tattoos and they came out perfect.

Just came to say that whoever works here and drives a silver car with a magnet on their car with your shoppes name and phone number on it probably shouldn’t be flipping people off for driving the speed limit with their two babies in the car. Really disappointed and won’t ever come here for a tattoo that’s for sure. I don’t appreciate the road rage nor your driving while on the phone and almost causing an accident with a bus and my two precious babies in the car. Definitely don’t recommend.

Brought my 6 yr old granddaughter for 1st time ear piercing. BEST PLACE EVER! Karen told me exactly what paperwork to provide (never would have known that, & would have had a Very Sad 6 yr old had I not brought what was needed). She also emailed me saying, "make sure she's eaten before she comes, so her blood sugar isn't low"! (Who does that?, definitely no other ear piercing establishments!) Incredibly caring!
The shop was spotless, & Karen was incredible. She explained everything she did, step by step, & calmed my granddaughter's fears & anxiety!
Final job, absolutely beautiful!
