After attending the flash day here I would not in good conscience be able to recommend this studio. It was really disorganized and ended being a bad and frustrating experience for us. They opened their doors way earlier than they advertised and there was huge list already, so their listed time felt really arbitrary. It wasn't clearly communicated that one of the artists quit so her art wasn't available. Got on the waitlist for another artist and was told we'd be given a txt 15-20 minutes before our turn so we cleared the whole day as to be respectful to the artist and be able to show up in time. It wasn't until late at night we got a txt saying the waitlist had been too long - we already figured that, but surely they should have known that much earlier (to be fair they offered another day at same price but it felt so chaotic we weren't feeling good about it). My husband had been thinking of getting a full sleeve here and I'd wanted a thigh piece, but after the disorganization we will not return. What got us the most was I bought two raffle tickets at $10 each - said it was going to be one day only - then they changed the terms of the raffle, I honestly felt scammed.
So we lost a full day waiting, are $20 poorer and no tattoo. All around a bad experience.
Edit: was thinking day was just badly organized until saw shop reply. A lot of people in the line we were in were surprised about artist quitting and receptionist said to the people around us she wasnt sure people could see the post about artist changes. Also raffle was advertised as one day only in shop - then extended to 2 weeks and buy tickets online too - that seems to me more like they didn't make enough money from it so had to change the terms. No, will not use this studio.
