I went to get my nose pierced and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles and laughter! My piercers name was Tony and he did an excellent job! He was very professional and had a great sense of humor and got the job done perfectly! I have no complaints and I will definitely be coming back to get more by him! Thank you again!

My son's and I were there yesterday to get tattoos. Angel and Smoothinked were our artist. My youngest son was getting his 1st tat. Smoothinked took his time and explained every detail while he was working and after care. They do AMAZING work‼️ The customer service was impeccable. The shop smelled good and was very clean. I was a walk-in at 10:35 right before closing, John was very helpful and informative on cleaning and aftercare/healing process. I got 6 piercings and he was very maticulice on how they were which was perfect! Before each piercing he was sterile and showed each needle in packaging and the expiration date on them which was reassuring to know they are clean. Staff was very friendly and came around to ask how everything was. Good conversations throughout the process. Overall one of the best places I have been for a piercing, I will definitely be coming back for a tattoo in the near future!

This place never answers their phone not to mention within the last 2 years that I’ve provided my hard earned money to pay for service that I have yet to receive on a consistent basis, they can’t keep a decent artist to save their life.. it’s worse than myself and the relationships that I’ve failed to maintain within that same time frame. I can’t go back to have any of the ink touched up that I’ve had done there because every time I go back they have a new artist working.. the owner could care less because he owns over a half dozen other shops within the immediate area... so if you don’t like their lack of customer service and decide to go elsewhere be cautious cuz you just may putting you money in the pocket of the same individual. All facts.
