Miss Heidi's Tattoo

Haven’t even had the chance to get a tattoo there , went twice to set an appointment never hear back from them and the girls that work they don’t have idea how to deal with public .. very rude and over price for the tattoo I wanted even tho I was willing to pay they never concrete an actual appointment , I feel bad for the tattoo artist that works in this place.

I visited Heidi's after seeing the great reviews, granted my tattoo is simple text and nothing elaborate- it's still important to go to a well-reviewed and professional place with great artists! The girl at the front desk was very sweet and friendly, even after having to run back and forth to check with a tattoo artist about what I came in for. I was set up with English Chris, who had some free time before a session a couple of hours later, and I am SO HAPPY I was! Chris is incredibly professional, talented, and a true artist. Most importantly, he is a genuinely welcoming, accommodating, and friendly person and you can tell he loves what he does. The prices are also very reasonable, if not average, for the work done. I highly recommend Chris and Miss Heidi's to anyone seeking a great experience whether you are getting simple ink, something elaborate, or piercings. It was busy, even in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday... so I recommend calling and making sure someone is available if possible. I only wish this was the kind of place I had a reason to frequent more often just to hang out with the great people!

Couldn’t be happier with my first tattoo experience ever. Got a matching tattoo on my finger with my girlfriend. From the first phone call to the end of my tattoo, I received an abundance amount of kindness. Lauren took care of us so well and was outstanding. She was honest and told us the truth through and through. I will definitely be using her again in the future. 10/10 Service I’ve already recommended this shop to tons of people ! Look forward to my next tattoo!

I found this place in Google. I read the reviews and went to their website to see the artists and galleries. I loved what I saw. The minute I walked into the place they treated me very well. Lauren was my tattoo artist. She was very nice and captured what I exactly wanted. She was very kind to the entire process and very professional. Kudos to Lauren and Miss Heidi’s Tattoo!! Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful and professional service. Got pierced by Pam (Sea) and she made me feel completely at ease. Very knowledgeable and caring. She took the time to inform me about aftercare procedures and answer my questions. The shop itself is very inviting, clean, and sterile. Friendly front desk staff as well. Highly recommend for piercing!

I had an amazing experience here. I even planned on going somewhere else at first- but the piercer from the other place was weird and rude on the phone. I asked the piercer from the other place basic questions like how long she had been piercing because I was really nervous and she acted so offended and rude.

I called here and the receptionist was SO POLITE and kind and happily answered all of my questions about the piercer which really put me at ease. Because of the pleasant experience on the phone I decided to come here because they seemed really professional.

The place itself is very clean and inviting. Very professional all around.

The piercer, "Sea" or Pam was freaking amazing. She has been piercing for 12 years, according to the receptionist, and you can tell she takes her profession very seriously. She took her time to get the dots for where the piercing would go and even measured to make sure everything was symmetrical and perfectly placed.

She checked with me first and asked if I wanted her to explain every step of the process or if I preferred if she just told me when it was time to pierce. She knew I was nervous and asked if her talking about my life and hobbies were okay or if that would make me more nervous. She was so considerate I was honestly in shock.

She knew that the piercing I was getting was very painful and asked if I had eaten that day, if I got dizzy or fainted easily, etc just to make sure I would be good and brought a soda and chocolate into the room in case I felt woozy (which I needed because I almost passed out which had nothing to do with her it was just a painful piercing).

When I felt sick she immediately gave me the soda and told me to take as much time as I needed, reassured me, and made me feel very comfortable instead of embarrassed. She asked if I'd like to get the second one done and if not that it was okay and that it happened all the time.

When I was ready she did the other one and made sure to check on me to ensure that I did not feel lightheaded again. She explained all of the after care and even gave me Q tips to take home to clean it.

She was so nice and polite and I honestly don't think I can ever go anywhere else again. After that great experience, there is no going back. Let me just say, friends, that you truly get what you pay for. The piercings that I got were a bit more expensive here than the other places that I looked, but god was it worth it.

I came from Michigan and I have 6 other tattoos, this was by far the nicest tattoo shop I’ve ever been to looks like a high class hair salon. The artists and the customer service is immaculate! Jimmy did a great job on my tattoo and made me feel incredibly comfortable with what I wanted and made it come true. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tattoo!

Staff is extremely helpful and patient. It's always best to go in person for consultation, but they were still very helpful via email and phone. When we went in person, Bob was very patient in explaining the options and pros/cons of various designs. He must have done 4-5 designs for us before we settled on one. We were probably some of their more "difficult" clients.
The shop is not what you'd generally expect a tattoo studio to look like. It is very clean, but is much more welcoming than the "clinic look" some shops go for. On the other hand, it isn't dark and grimey like some shops. The entire place has a very calm and welcoming feel. The actual work rooms are clearly well-cared for.
Don't let the fair prices fool you. Normally people say "good art isn't cheap" but I shopped around and some places were FOUR TIMES what Miss Heidi's charged. But after talking to their staff and seeing their portfolios, I was convinced it was the right place. I am happy we went there. I am definitely pleased with my tattoo and would go back.

So glad I picked miss Heidi's to get my tattoo done. Bobby was my artist, made sure I was comfortable the whole time and asked how I was feeling through it. He a fantastic job, highly recommend him for color. The price was reasonable considering mine was pretty large and detailed. Definitely will be going back.
