My piercing was done by a newer employee who was being supervised by an experienced piercer. Despite this my jewelry was put in backwards and I had to have it looking like a nail in my ear for 3 months. When I went in for a jewelry change, they pointed it out, and still charged full price.
Despite that the place is clean and my piercing experience went well. I would go again.

I went in to get four piercings on my ear. I ended up with Krystal as my artist and she was amazing. Very professional and made me feel totally comfortable. I got a daith, flat, tragus, and helix piercing and she made everything quick and as painless as possible. I will definitely be coming back and totally recommend this place.

Elliot was my tattoo artist and I saw some of the work he did in the past at the front counter and he’s super talented I highly recommend him! I only got a very simple tattoo today but he is capable of doing much more than that from what I saw in his portfolio. If you have struggled in the past with tattoo artists being condescending about getting small tattoos or being rude because of you not being experienced with tattoos then you will be relieved to come here because they’re all super cool. They also don’t rush you at all and make sure you are 100% happy before moving forward. Everyone is super friendly and the place is really really clean and has awesome Hawaiian vibes! I would definitely come back here to get more tattoos in the future.

I've been wanting to get my belly button pierced for yeeears! The day of our flight back home my boyfriend surprised me by taking me there; was in & out literally in less then 30 mins. She was welcoming, gentle and made it so quick & easy for me. Definitely coming back for more piercings ! Maybe even a tattoo ! 🤪🙌🏼

Melissa did an awesome job on my inner forearm of my solar system. I was super nervous since it was my first big tattoo and she made me feel comfortable. She took her time and made sure everything was super clean and ready to go. I thought my tattoo was going to take longer than it did, but I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Definitely going to be going back to her for my next pieces!

i already had to take out my bottom belly piercing & i had just got it done 2 nights ago, it was done in the wrong spot the bar was too big for the hole and the areas around it is black & blue. non stop bleeding. horrible. would not recommend going here! they don’t do refunds either so i just wasted $60 and can’t even have the piercing.

This facility was very clean and neat when I walked in, didn't have any unusual smells either. In between each of me and my friend's sessions, materials were properly disinfection and new needles were also used in each session, just as you'd expect. They were also playing some good music, so another plus. I came here during my short vacation with two of my friends to each get matching tattoos. We went to the first location at first, but they couldn't see to us that night, so they directed us here, so I'm very grateful to that! Everyone here was very hospitable and welcoming, I couldn't imagine a better place to receive a tattoo, especially since one of my friends had never received one before. I recommend this place for anyone, especially first-timers since everyone was so welcoming and patient. Our artist was Melissa Addams and she was great! Humorous and polite, she did her job PERFECT and gave us exactly what we wanted. Even though no other present artist in this shop worked on us, they were just as great! I have no doubts that you'll be satisfied with the outcome of your visit here.
