Luis did an amazing job in a few hours time. But he was supposed to finish it! I paid 450 dollars for a forearm piece I now have to go to someone else to totally start over. They are a very unreliable business. There is a low moral. Very little integrity. And very MINIMAL pride in their work. Is suggest only using this shop for your piercing needs. I got my bell ring there at 13 years old. But tattoo stories here are horrendous.

Tried to get a nose piercing 3 times in one week. They were either not open (even though it was listed as open hours) or the piercer had left early, but you can’t make an appointment. I was told to come back another day and again, doors locked even though advertised as open hours. I called several times and no one ever answers the phone. Just poorly run business. Go to About You instead. Awesome and friendly place for half the price.

I have been coming to Subculturez for several years for piercings and, recently, tattoos. I have seen Omar for all of my pieces and I am increasingly impressed with his technical skill and creativity. I get so many compliments and I recommend him to everyone. The shop commraderie is great and there is good vibes all around. Can't wait for my next one!

My wife and I went in wanting some very sentimental tattoos done! Luis was our guy!!!! He made what we wanted even at last minute alterations! He did an amazing job I mean amazing. I know we cant wait to get more from him!!!!!!! I'm looking now in getting another tattoo from him and possibly an add on to what he created! I can honestly say I recommend him to anyone. Hes awesome on what he does and takes time to make sure you comfortable during the process!

WOW. honestly all I can say. Omar is the best of the best out there and I would recommend him to friends, family, absolutely anyone. He is extremely open to the design you have in mind and uses his creativity and knowledge you give him to construct a piece original to you. His attention to linework, SHADING (crazy good) and detail is incredible and always makes sure you are happy, comfortable, and in LOVE with your tattoo. He draws super awesome, unique sketches posted all around his station to see & the shop itself is so clean, fun, welcoming, and makes you want to come back in to get ink from this spot. Everyone here is having a good time and makes incredible work. Omar again, truly loves what he does and you can see that in each and every one of his pieces. You can’t go wrong coming to Subculturez and can gaurentee you won’t regret it.

Went for piercing change out this visit. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, & friendly! Tom did the piercing 3 years ago and he was kind, informative and also very professional. Had a tattoo done here about 16 years ago. Great company, they've always been clean and very talented, too! Going here won't be a dissapointment.

amazing work!! this was my first tattoo ever and nino did an absolutely amazing job. everyone there was super nice i loved talking to everyone there. if i get another tattoo i’ll definitely go back there.
it was also very handicap accessible which as someone who uses a wheelchair was much appreciated

Came here yesterday for a nose piercing and I'm so glad I got it here! The piercing room was very clean and sanitary (also has amazing Marvel and Rick and Morty wall decor). The piercer Tom was very nice, took his time in finding the right placement of the piercing, and was funny. You can just tell he loves his job!

Just went to get pierced by Tom for the second time. He’s really great. Takes the time to make sure the piercing is well placed and is super friendly. I haven’t had any problems with either of the piercings he’s done and they look great. He has a good selection of quality jewelry among multiple price ranges. Some shops can feel like an assembly line; get them done and get them out. I’ve never felt that way here. Don’t hesitate to go here. Well worth it.

The best $300, 30 minute tattoos in Deland! I am happy with the outcome of my piece. Although, after paying I feel slightly taken advantage of due to the time length of the tattoo and the price I was charged.. Live and learn. 😅
