i dont usually write reviews but i just had to! got some work done on my arm by Steve! all i had was an "idea" of what i wanted done and i let him run with it and lemme tell you, it came out better than i even invisioned it! have gotten so many compliments on it. clean shop, awesome crew, and even better ink! already got some more ideas lined up for my next session.

Having your own business is not easy and very few businesses understand the concept of Good Customer service. Thank you to the Founder of Underground Tattoo (Ramos) for taking full responsibility of one of his guest artist (Sunny) who provided the worst customer service experience and lack of professionalism. Ramos reached out directly to my Husband and I to apologized for the inconvenience and took it upon himself to finish the work. This to us his work ethic and how customer's satisfaction is his number one priority.
