Miami Tattoo & Co Midtown

I had a great experience here last Friday. I had my tattoo done by Javier. He is an excellent artist and has won a bunch of awards.
I showed him what I wanted the day before and we talked it over for about 20 minutes until I was happy. The following day when I went to get it done he had researched where my artwork came from and made some suggestions that made a huge difference.
They even changed the music they were playing to play music related to my tattoo. Who else does that?!?!
I'm definitely going back again.

Incredible and professional piercer Lilly! I had been to 5 different piercing places in Miami and downtown and NOBODY could find me the most simple thing: a snug fitting gold hoop for my nose ring.

I got the piercing done somewhere else, and hurt it, which caused a fluid ball to form over it. She was incredibly helpful. I barely felt any pain, she was so gentle and soft, got me the jewelry ive been wanting for MONTHS. And solved all my issues.

Place is super clean and professional, LOVED IT.
Having gone to literally 5 other shops, this one is by far superior.

Been going here for years. Well, since their original location in wynwood. Now they're in midtown. Received my first sleeve from Javier. Decided to extend to back and chest. Now, recently started other sleeve with him. This shop always delivers with your idea in mind. The work is phenomenal. I've recommended multiple friends here who've also had work done.

A few weeks back I completed my Polynesian sleeve at the shop with Javier. First of the all the shop is well organized and very clean. Secondly, all of staff are amazing and have done exceptional work during my 4 sessions there. It was my first tattoo ever so they explained how everything was going to work. I submitted ideas I had and Javier made it work on my arm. All of his suggestions look great and I was happy with the ideas. I left the appointment feeling comfortable having the work done there. After my first session he took time to break down how the healing process works and what to get. I finished my last session a couple weeks back and I am still amazed at the turn out. My friends and family loved the work, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting any of your future tattoos done here.

I’ve been wanting to get my next tattoo for a while now and this was my second one I got at this studio and both times it’s been great. The studio is very clean and welcoming, Carlota was so nice and helped make sure it was exactly what I wanted and helped me make decisions. Overall loved my experience here and would go back again.

She was very gentle and professional, she clearly has a lot of experience in this industry and it shows. She was very thorough in explaining the aftercare so my piercings healed up perfectly!

I discovered Tattoo & Co looking for great tattoo artists online, and I must say it went way beyond my expectations. Getting a tattoo is no small decision. Especially when, like me, you are looking to do a full sleeve + chest. When I visit the studio for the first time, what I really liked is that Javier, who went to do my tattoo, took the time to show me several books with designs of what I was looking for, as well as more online materials.
The fact that you are able to have a real conversation, with a real artist, who is passionate and has the experience, makes a total difference. That’s where I didn’t hesitate and already scheduled what would be 5 sessions of about 6 hours in average each. And throughout the entire process, the quality of the environment and the service were top notch. Taking the pain aside, I couldn’t have asked for more. I know getting a tattoo is something personal. But if you’re looking for a true artist, who you can trust, and want a very high quality, I strongly recommend Tattoo & Co. Thanks Javier Acero for the amazing work.

I live in hialeah and I chose this place because of their good reviews and they don’t fail to disappoint! my piercer was lilli and she has so much patience explained the process well and took her time. she is amazing. Will definitely come back to get my tattoo!

I had an artist in Germany create a tattoo and needed to find an artist to ink the piece. Tattoo and company was perfect! I found the company through different articles that had recommended them...and I wasn't disappointed. Javier was able to recommend Osman to ink the piece...and I am thrilled with the artwork! The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the artists are very talented. I would be anxious about going anywhere else after this experience. My friend had a small piece placed on her wrist the same day and is also very satisfied. We both loved the experience and would recommend this shop without reservation. Great job Javier and crew! I have a beautiful work of art on my back and have you to thank for it! BTW, sent the photos to the artist in Germany and is is equally impressed and thinks Osman did a fantastic job.

I sought out this place twice for piercings (nasal 2019 & naval 2021). Would also like to mention I’m very good with the upkeep of my piercings. I was lucky enough to have been with a couple of friends while getting my nose done. I was the first to receive the piecing and then my friends went after me. One of them started noticing that my piercing was rejecting. Lily at the time said she put the wrong length and switched out the stud for hoop (upon my request) and it healed nicely after a year. Now cira April 2021, I decided to go back here to get my naval piecing done. The procedure was extremely quick despite me arriving before my scheduled appointment?? However, Lily put the jewelry in, she took a picture and didn’t bother asking me to stay a little bit to see how it holds up.( I understand we are still in a pandemic but I easily could have waited outside.)I also asked if working out would affect the healing she said it wouldn’t (but it did and aided to the piercing rejecting later on). Not to mention the bellybutton ring was again the wrong size and didn’t allow for swelling (which I found out later when my skin started turning red around the piercing site and forming a red line where the piercing was.) I recently learned from another experienced piecer that naval piercings are more likely to reject if the person is on the bigger side due to bellybutton not having a defined hood. This was my case at the time. I really felt throughout that whole experience I was just another person to add to the piercers portfolio. I eventually had to take the piecing out because of it rejecting (which I did around the beginning of July) and now I’m left with a red/purple scar above my naval. Which I’m trying to heal with silicon patches.I really did love this place but if you have sensitive skin I definitely suggest finding another piecing place.
