Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We didn’t have an appointment but they were extremely accommodating and able to get us in immediately. Esme at the front is the absolute sweetest and my tattoo artist Antwon is so talented. It came out exactly how I wanted and was quick too! I’m so happy with the way everything went and would highly recommend!

First of all let me just start by saying wow!! From start to finish. I drove down from the Tampa Bay Area to see Filipe and let me tell you that this shop is the package deal. From hands on customer service to a clean and sanitary environment I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Everyone at the shop was extremely helpful and conversive. I went in for a 10 hour + piece and not once did I feel uncomfortable or out of place or even bored while my piece was getting done. Orlando was courteous enough to prep me while I waited for my artist since i got there early. Nelson kept it real with awesome conversation. Antwan another skilled artist invoked awesome customer service, and the occasional offering of cafecito (lol)and the manager of this location Tami was extremely informative, helpful and attentive. Being there the whole day, I saw the consistency in customer service with everyone who walked in throughout the day. And in the end I left 100% satisfied from start to finish especially with my new Tat! I Will definitely be coming back to see my artist. 3.5 hour drive and all!! Highly highly HIGHlY recommend them!

this place has been nothing but friendly and extremely helpful!!! i’ve gotten my tattoos done here by cesar and piercings done by nelson!! both 10/10 experience very respectful and chill. this place has been my go-to for a while and i dont plan on changing that. esme has also been extremely nice and helpful!! :)

Esmeralda and Javi were incredible. They were so patient in trying to get my tattoos perfect. Javi was a rockstar, his work was pristine, definitely not heavy handed, which made the experience less painful. Overall I love my tattoos and I’m so grateful for Esmeralda and Javi for making this a great experience!
