****GET YOUR PRICING IN WRITING BEFORE THE ARTIST STARTS**** I found this place lacking in customer service and transparency with their pricing. I was quoted $120 per hour for the more inexperienced artist and $150 for the owner, whom is more experienced. The more inexperienced artist worked on my daughter for an hour and 10 minutes (yes I timed it) and I was charged $260. When I questioned the pricing I was told "sometimes it's by the hour and sometimes it's by the piece.". This should have been fully disclosed before we drove an hour and a half to get there. I also feel the artist should engage in more conversation with their clients if only to distract them. This was my daughter's first experience and first tattoo and I was disappointed in the service. They threatened to cancel us because we were stuck in a horrible storm and we're a few minutes late. Even though we were told in the phone we could be accommodated because they did not have anyone scheduled. Not to mention the additional $10 charge for using a card and not cash. Which I had to pay twice because they made me pay for our services separately. Again this should been disclosed when I very specifically asked what forms of payment they accept. My friend was with us and she is very disappointed in her tattoo. Even when she expressed her disappointment the artist blew her off and did nothing to try to fix it. She was charged $200 and it was less than 45 minutes for her tattoo...

This please is horrible. They do not respect your time at all. They do not show up for appointments, then you go the next day and the place is closed and nobody answers the phones. No wonder this place is almost out of business. Please BEWARE.

The new & improved shop is off the freakin chain! Beautiful art all over the place and now they have a piercer!...had to come get some new ink and new jewels from my favorite place in Pasco! Great artists & a great atmosphere! I've been coming here for 4yrs and it gets better every time I come! Long Live Limited Edition!

I dealt with Donny and he’s a great artist. No need to worry if your a little confused he will help you sort it out. The inside of his and Bukshots business is very nice, comfortable and clean. It was a true pleasure getting my tattoo work done there I highly recommend them.
