Just got my nose piercing done here and the guy who pierced my nose was cool. He did it quick and it was painless. He was hilarious. Don't know why there are bad reviews but I would recommend coming here. They are clean as well.

First of all let me start by saying Luis is amazing!! I've been going to him for quite some time now and he always treats me like family. He is always honest and has so much passion for what he does. I would recommend his shop to all. They are fair, honest and very talented!!

I don’t understand why anyone would leave a bad review, because honestly they maintain a busy business for a reason. No complaints at all, my piercer made me feel very comfortable.

We were looking for qualified people and a clean, professional atmosphere. We got it. This place is up to date on all certifications. They walk you through the process, give detailed info for aftercare and answered all our questions. Even adjusted my nose piercing when the metal "l" was showing. Very happy with the service and would return should I ever want any other body art.

And that says a lot because for the past 4 years I’ve been traveling and stopping by a lot of tattoo shops to get a tattoo around the country and palm beach inks was by far the best customer service and best tattoos! Your responses to people are unprofessional as we all can read. Nothing revolves around me. But when you call or visit a place of business as a consumer you expect a certain level of professionalism. And just an FYI I have been tatted there several times, had piercing done. And I work in the industry. You all have lost your mojo and are rude! You verbally assault people when they review you and you don’t like their review. Get right!!!

I have had Luis do nine different tattoos for me (so far), one was a complete cover up and it turned out AMAZING. He turned my 18 year old mistake into one of my favorite tattoos and you would never guess it was something so completely different before that. After that he drew out two of them for me. I had a figurine I loved and he turned it into my favorite tattoo. Great talent with drawing. The most recent was a wolf and a dragon, love it. There is nothing these guys can't do. The shop is clean, the guys are all like family, and so much amazing talent between them. Each visit is like hanging out with good friends. Can't wait to head back again for my next. :)
