Came in for double lobe piercings. It seemed like I was inconveniencing both the piercer and the front desk employee. No one really cared to talk to me about the piercing process or aftercare. Nor did they find it necessary to tell me that I wouldn’t have an option when it comes to jewelry. I took care of both of my piercings they way I had with others in the past (saline soak) since no one told me anything otherwise. Both piercings got infected and I am now on a 7 day course of antibiotics. Hopefully they clear up soon. I will not be back and absolutely do not recommend this shop to anyone.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at this shop. Booking was super easy on their website, the receptionist was incredible, and Paul Hall gave me an amazing beach scene tattoo. In my opinion it’s the best and most affordable tattoo shop on the entire island. 10/10 would recommend!

My first time at Southernmost Tattoo and it was a great experience! I am not a Key West resident but have been thinking about getting a tattoo every time I visit. I asked a number of people, while in town, where to go and everybody I asked suggested Southernmost. Their recommendations were spot on. The whole process was made easy from making my appointment online, the awesome customer service at the front desk to working with Jim Galloway on a tattoo design. Jim came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. I am really happy with the final product. Everybody there was really friendly and made the process enjoyable. I will definitely be booking another appointment with Jim the next time I’m in town.

My wife and I visited last Saturday 8/6/22 and each spent some time in the chair. Southernmost Tattoo is a great shop, no pressure, attitudes, overpricing because of their location…this place is great. Second shop I’ve used on the island and I’ll never go anywhere else. Paul Hall took care of me and was absolutely a blast. Eclectic, talented dude and restenciled me until I was happy, no rush at all. Two thumbs up and a chubby!
