Chad the person that was tattooing me had a conversation with me weeks prior to my appointment to finish my leg and what I wanted done to it when I got there he said he could only do part of it because it would take too much time when would I wanted finished with the shading would have only taken about an hour longer so what he did do he took multiple breaks within an hour and didn't finish what I had done and still charged me full price that we discussed for the entire piece
