I recently got a tattoo this weekend and CJ was my artist. He did a phenomenal job with giving great detail, took the time to draw up the tattoo exactly the way I wanted it, and was very nice as well as professional. Even though my tattoo is couple days old I’ve had no swelling, no redness, and it already looks like it’s healed. CJ has a great artists hand and I highly recommend to book a tattoo consultation and appointment with him. I would definitely go back and get another tattoo from him.

There are many styles of tattooing and even more opinions on those styles, but the actual skill of tattooing the ink into your skin is undebatable and evident in every piece. TYC Tattoo has the experience to handle all styles of tattooing with precision and skill, although they draw much inspiration from Japanese and traditional styles. Their shop is clean and almost as important, its inviting. Between the owner Jason, Mario, Marine, and their various guest artists, someone can match your style and preferences.
Mario A.: I have 3 tattoos so far from Mario A., but plans for many more with him. Mario can take your vague idea and lend his artistic eye to create a piece you will love. As with every expert, its important to let their experience guide you through the process. I particularly like Mario's color saturation, and his faces (snakes, dragons, etc.).

Mario did an incredible job transforming an old tattoo I had into a new design. I was impressed that he was able to sketch completely freehand (all my previous tattoos used printed stencils) and at how quickly he envisioned a creative coverup that incorporated my old tattoo. He was also super nice and made me feel totally at ease. The new space is super clean and tastefully decorated + good music. Would 100% return for a future tattoo!

Jason Owens recently started work on extending my Japanese half-sleeve down to the wrist. We knocked out a giant koi in a long afternoon and it's a solid, bold piece that is just incredible! I can't wait to come back and finish up the rest of my arm. The vibe at the shop is super chill but 100% professional with all the necessary health protocols in place. The artists at the shop will also work on smaller pieces and I believe they often do walk-ins as well. Whether you are looking for large-scale asian tattoos or other styles, I highly recommend TYC!

This was my first time getting a tattoo so i was a little anxious and wanted to find a place that could bring to life the tattoo i had in my head so i came across this shop and when i walked in the place was great. I’m really into the simple shop vibe. Everyone’s vibe and attitude was great and friendly. Cj was the name of the guy tattooing me and when i tell you i told him exactly what i wanted and he sketched it out exactly how i saw it in my head, that’s exactly what he did. A real pro at what he does and he walked me through the process and made it as easy as it could be. I’m definitely coming back for more pieces and recommend this place for anyone who wants amazing work that they can trust.

Met one of the artist at the shop, CJ. Hands down one of the most creative artists I’ve met. Didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but through him the word shop and let him go wild. Designed an amazing clipper ship and tattooed it full color. I couldn’t be happier, definitely will be returning for more work from him.

I found this tattoo shop online on Instagram. Saw the work and decided to call. I spoke with Jason. The owner super nice and genuine, fantastic artist decided to go there and get my sleeve done in Japanese traditional style I could not be happier. This place is definitely highly recommended from me. With about 17 hours of work done to my sleeve. When one would think you would run out of conversation to be had..there is lack there of.. atmosphere is dope and the staff is also just as cool go check them out.
