Best artist in Gainesville John and Mark John did my tattoo and my dermal I scared getting the dermals but he talked to me through the process and I was calm and wasnt scared no more they are very polite and friendly been there twice and each time I visit I haven't had no problems out of the staff there if anyone wants a tattoo or piercing and want great and awesome customer service addition tattoo is the place to go... Horrible. Guy left a whole line out of a scripture i got tatted. Did not refund money but told me give him some time to find a way to fix it. Its been a month and a half and i still haven't heard anything. Keith is his name. Very Dissapointed
