I wanted a small tattoo on my leg. I went on a slow day and there was one young gentleman there. I showed him what I wanted and where and he quoted me a price but said I'd needed to wait about 15 minutes for the artist. I waited. After almost an hour the artist finally arrived, I showed him what I wanted and he said that that was a very painful area and quoted me a price of more than double what the original quote was. He made it clear that he didn't want my business. So I left.

Me and my family had stopped in on Thursday to see if we would be able to get tattooed considering we were last minute and we wanted to get have the experience my parents did 20 years ago at the same place. We had talked to Josh another tattoo artist to book the appointment at 9pm the next day. He did not check Jana schedual and just booked it and asked for a 20$ deposit from each and there was 3 of us to hold our seat. So the next day jana didnt call us until 4:30pm to tell us that she only could take us if we walked in at the time of the call and she wouldn't be there past 7pm and our appointment was at 9pm but she would leave the drawings she drew up for us and pass them off to the other artist. She had stated over the phone we would get our deposit back if we didnt like it or wanted to go somewhere else. We left where we were to figure this out, we got to the shop and we were greeted by the receptionist who was very rude and not helpful (didnt get her name). Jana was still sitting in her chair tattooing someone at 7:30pm and had another walk-in behind that person. She had stated on the phone she had somewhere to be that's why she wouldn't be there. We looked at the art and it was not up to par. They said that she had stayed to see the others tattoo us correctly and that we liked the tattoos she drew. The tattoo artist Josh said he would be tattooing my brother who wanted a polynesian turtle on his ankle, so being a person who doesnt want anything bad on their body, he had asked if josh had done polynesian art before and the receptionist and Josh had laughed like are u serious and stated that he had been tattooing for 6 years yet when my brother asked for some of his polynesian art to see what he had done before he had nothing to show. We had decided it was a no go for the tattoos and wanted our deposit back and they told us no after Jana had said that on the phone the complete opposite. She said no because she took her "time" out of her day (which is her job to do is draw it) and stayed longer. So basically all in all they robbed 60$ from us and we didnt even get to keep the drawings that we basically paid 20$ for.
All in all terrible experience and bad customer service.
P.s we walked over to Sacred X-persons where an ink master works and we got amazing services for such last minute tattoos

The tattoos in the color photos are what I paid Tatoo Zoo $250 for. The ones in black and white are what I asked for. Duche says, after tattooing about half inch, “yeah, people think they want thin lines, but the skin just eats that up. Thick is the way to go.” Thanks a-hole! How do you hire a guy that can’t even tatoo a few simple lines???

My husband passed away unexpectedly. I wanted to get something special. Pat helped me pick out my husband's signature from a love note He wrote me. The tattoo is beautiful and I have him with me always now. 10 out of 10!

Josh did my tattoo. He really is a nice guy and did a wonderful job. I recommend Josh and don't be afraid to request a change in music. 😁
