Mercy Tattoo Studio

I have wanted to get this done for a while. My first tattoo! Ahh! I had a scar I wanted covered but nervous about finding a tattoo artist, the process, the pain, etc... I hit up Google for the best tattoo shops in the area and looked at several but I was still on the fence. I then came across Mercy Tattoo Studio and immediately knew this was the place!

The website is thoughtful, easy to navigate and professional. I really like that Reanna has a YouTube video where you get a feel for what she’s like and what she’s about. Reanna is super cool, down to earth, easy to talk to, and does an excellent job! Her shop is by appointment only. I emailed to schedule a consultation with Reanna. Reanna’s sister responded quickly and scheduled the consultation.

When I arrived for my consult, Reanna met with me, discussed my tattoo ideas, she looked at the scar to consider best options, showed me a few examples and we came up with the plan. I paid a deposit to get the ball rolling, she scheduled my next appointment to come in for the tattoo and she got to work drawing up the design.

I arrived for my tattoo at 3:00 and we looked at the design she created, fit it over the scar, it was perfect! The other tattoo artist left the shop for the day so Reanna locked the door behind him, she was not dealing with any walk-in traffic while she was working with me. I was her #1 focus. I really liked that! She made sure I was comfortable and had Netflix pulled up ready to go for me to watch. After finishing my tattoo I got up to see the finished product in the mirror and I started crying I loved it so much! Reanna’s YouTube video said no crying though, so I held back the happy tears until I left. 😆 I was out of there by 6:30. In and out in 3 1/2 hours!

Thank you for such an awesome experience, Reanna! It healed up nicely and I am no longer embarrassed about my stomach and feel so sexy with my new ink!

My artist did an amazing job every detail of my tattoo stayed. He was the best at everything that he did to fix what another artist ruined. I am extremely happy with how it turned out and will definitely be back for my next tattoo!! Not the best pictures but I tried 😅.

I absolutely love this place! Cody was incredible and the way he put so much effort in all the details was phenomenal! Super clean place and amazing staff!

LOVE MERCY! Reanna is truly the best! The best artist I have ever been to and I have quite a few tattoos. I’d recommend her to literally anyone. The whole mercy tattoo studio is super clean and super cozy! Her whole staff is so kind and accommodating. Love this place! 10/10!

Cody was unaware of my correspondence with Karli prior to the appointment, so he had very little information about what we wanted when we showed up for the appointment. The shop is clean and quaint. The tattoos turned out great. No aftercare instructions were given.

Update: Karli advised that a new procedure has a been implemented to address the miscommunication and avoid further issues.

Curt did my first tattoo yesterday and I'm so impressed with how it turned out. The shop was clean and professional and I felt very comfortable. Curt is extremely knowledgeable, talented, and kind. He was able to take my idea and bring it to life. Now I have a really cool piece of art on my arm that I'm proud to show off. I couldn't be happier both with my tattoo and my experience. I would highly recommend both Mercy and Curt any day!

My niece, her gf and I were looking to get tats while on vacation. Google led us to Mercy. When we arrived, there is a sign that says "absolutely no walk-ins" but my niece decided to ask anyway. They accepted us as walk-ins and Curt accepted us after hours. He was very nice and personable. None of us felt uncomfortable at all. My tattoo came out better than I expected. The line work is great and I love the colors (which Curt helped pick out). I came in with one basic photo and Curt really enhanced my idea. I love it and i will definitely recommend this place to anyone in this area. Thanks again!!!

Curt did a knee tattoo for my 20 yr old daughter. I was so impressed with how patient and kind he was working with her to get it just the way she wanted. He is an incredibly talented artist! This was our first experience with Mercy but it will not be our last! I would recommend Curt without hesitation!

Fantastic tattoo artists! Clean with nice decor, and friendly staff. Had a cover up done and I am incredibly impressed with the results, can't see the old tattoo. Great job!! Will go back.
