I walked in to get a simple tattoo done of something my son drew and not only was the shop MORE than accommodating, but the artist Kranio was amazing! Although he usually does bigger pieces, he treated my son's artwork with care and integrity. Suffice it to say I WILL be going back to him when it's time to do my sleeve. I have found a home base and tattoo artist going forward for the rest of my ink. SOLID WORK! Great customer service! 10/10 I highly recommend.

Very clean and welcoming Tattoo lounge. All the artist there are professional and patient. The work they do is simply AMAZING! I recommend checking out artist Kevin Barona. Top tattoo artist in all of Florida. I travel three hours just for his tattoo capabilities because they are simply phenomenal.

My girlfriend and I came here to get our Friday the 13th tattoos after doing some research. We have never been to this tattoo shop before and to be honest we were really impressed. Even though the tattoos were small, they came out great. Our artist was Steve and he did an amazing job, we even plan on doing future work with him. The shop was SUPER clean and everyone was really nice. I would recommend this shop to all my friends, and we will be coming back here for sure.

My husband and I went there for a Friday the 13 tattoo and we had a really great time. Even though the line was extremely long, the employees were very friendly and stayed open past their regular hours ( unlike the other 2 tattoo places we went to who basically kicked us out since they did not want to do anymore tattoos). Overall, I loved the place, it is extremely clean and well maintained. Sergio was quick to tattoo and kept us entertained as well. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and even offered us waters and whatever else we needed. We will definitely be coming back.

I was wanting to get a tattoo done on the back of my left forearm for Christmas and so I went to get it priced since it was black and grey, along with a lot of detail and it was priced really good. They were friendly and they were nice, since my tattoo took 7-8 hours and was asking if I wanted to drink something or take a break to eat.

The place is very clean and welcoming. They made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. Fernando " Batman" =) was my tattoo artist. I cannot even begin on how talented he is. Will not recommend this place at all had the worst experience and still in the process of trying to get a refund of my deposit. Scheduled an appointment to get a tattoo on the day of my appointment found out the artist quit was never notified by the shop (so unprofessional) so I was given the option for another artist to do the work (he charged double what the first guy did) He took pics told me he would sketch something and call me once ready a week later I returned to the shop because I had not been contacted to get a refund. Spoke to manager, Alyssa, was told I would be refunded with 3-5 day or 7-10 days depending on my bank nothing as of yet giving it until 7 business days then I will contact my attorney if not refunded. Also contacting Better Business Bureau. People work too hard to get treated like this!
