I went to causality tattoo because i saw their work on FB. When i walked in they gave me Marco as my artist. I wanted a scar and a little old tattoo covered on my stomach and showed him the picture he quoted me a price. When i came to get it done he drew out a different design saying the one i wanted would take really long. The one he drew was good too so i said go ahead. At the end i realized that the scar was not covered and could still see the whole old tattoo i mean that was the purpose and i feel he did everything but that. He ended up telling me he charge by the hour after the tattoo was done which he didn’t originally tell me. It took 4hrs so basically $400 and the tattoo is deff not worth it I’m not happy with it because you could still see the scars. I emailed Javier and he told me come back in so Marco could fix it. I did and 3 months later it still looks the same the scar & old tattoo is still showing. i don’t even like to show the tattoo, just disappointing.

My tattoo sessions with Matt are always an amazing experience. I come in with a small design and he will sit down with me and work out the rest. He truly knows what he's doing and no detail goes overlooked. Not only is the tattoo with Matt special the new space adds to the excitement and expierence while getting tattood. The downstairs is warm and cozy but clean and modern. I felt very taken care of at all times and can't wait to come back and sit some more!

Amazing staff and very clean shop. Got my nose and nipple rings done there and the piercer was very professional and amusing to work with. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely go there for my first tattoo.

Came in today from NY, spur of the moment to get a septum piercing with my friend who was getting her tragus done. Called ahead of time and was told everything was a go and the piercer was in. We were greeted, and immediately signed release forms (ID was not checked) and we are you women in our early 20s. That should’ve been a red flag.
Niro, took us downstairs and did my friends tragus first. He asked her if she was nervous she said “yes” and giggled and he said “me too”...again ANOTHER red flag. He did everything well for her, as it is a bit of a simple piercing, however he did pierce a bit slow if you ask me.
Next was my turn. I asked him what the materials were in the jewelry and he said “surgical steel..I think”— RED FLAG #3. I asked for a specifically small silver hoop for my septum instead of the traditional horseshoe. The hoop was also a clicker which, I was happy about. I should Niro pictures of what I expected the outcome to be/wanted. It said he could provide such with no problem. After showing me possible positioning of the piercing (with the jewelry sitting in my nose) he proceeded to pierce me, he got the needle through, but my friend said she noticed him not put the jewelry at the tip of the plastic needle but instead another plastic placeholder while he went and got the jewelry RED FLAD 4.
After trying to put the jewelry in for 20 minutes with no confidence and multiple “nopes” he just looked at me. And I looked at him and said “well what do we next, is there another piercer?” NO apology at this point. My friend and I are looking at eachother at this point— Niro goes upstairs and talks to the boss. Niro comes back down with no confidence or apology still and says “well, do you want me to try another hole”...
Long story short we go upstairs my friend pays and no one apologizes for the inconvenience...instead the “owner” proceeds to argue with me/not hear me out and just say Niro was ashamed and blah blah...
You’d think a reputable place would have the person who handled my piercing apologize, maybe offer a percentage off for the next service, a discounted piece of merchandise. Something!!! But nope I was sent on my way, and humiliated while the owner belittled me for speaking UP. DONT LET NIRO PIERCE YOU.
