Hope Gallery Tattoo

I got both my first and second tattoos here, both by Eric Merrill. He does good work. There are other artists here, but I plan on sticking with Eric. The place is clean and inviting. Needles are single use only and everything is setup clean before each tattoo. I would definitely recommend the place if you're in the market for a good tattoo.

Great tucked away private studio. I highly recommend Tim Harris. Clean, professional, and dedicated to his craft.

Awesome experience. I made the drive up to Connecticut from NJ multiple times. Tim Harris did amazing work on my ribs. Soft touch too, and a true artist. A lot of contrast and detail that artists down by me couldn't even draw on paper. I love the work I've had done and would recommend this place. Very clean, easy to get too right of I-95, and easy going artists and staff. Building looks cool inside too. Very clean studio.

Adam was awesome. He took me in right on the spot, and he listened to everything I had said, that I wanted. He drew up my tattoo, exactly how I had pictured in my head of it looking like. I got my tattoo as a tribute to my dad, who recently passed away. My Dad had almost the same tattoo he got in the Navy back in the late 60's, so it was difficult to see the fine details that once were there. Adam did his best to duplicate it, and did a fantastic job. We did alter it just a little bit, and added Woodstock into the picture, as if Snoopy holding Woodstock represents my Dad holding me. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT, and thank him very much!

Great all around experience. Tim is exceptional. Very soft spoken and takes as much time as necessary to complete a fantastic piece of art. He worked up my tattoo from our phone conversation, and I was so pleased with his interpretation.

Great shop with talented and professional artists. There are a wide variety of styles represented here with the occasional guest artist. You'll definitely be happy with the work they do. It also goes beyond just a tattoo shop as there are regularly events featuring great art. Give them a follow on Instagram and check them out!

I had wanted a tattoo from Joe Capobianco for awhile. His style is awesome and he took what I gave him and totally hooked me up. Will be back again. The shop was really cool too....

I was referred to Hope Gallery by a friend of mine and I couldn’t be more satisfied by the service I received. The inside of the building is clean, artsy, and the staff was very welcoming. The artist that did my tattoo was Eric Merrill; he was professional, and did an awesome job helping me brainstorm ideas. All around great experience and I look forward to my next appointment!

I went to Hope Gallery about a month ago to get my first tattoo at age 59 in memory of my wife. I chose Hope based on terrific Yelp and Google reviews, and the fact they were open until 8 on Saturdays. Brian was kind enough to agree to do it, and did an amazing job. I couldn't be more pleased. His work was absolutely beautiful, the process was almost painless, and I really enjoyed getting to know Brian. He's an incredible artist and a really neat person. I can't recommend him, or the shop, any more highly.

Got this beautiful piece done by Eric who is amazing at doing line work and great at taking creative direction to make the tattoo exactly how you want it.

Setting up an appointment is easy as long as you pre pick the artist and appointments can be made within a month usually. The shop is clean and the service is great.
