both sam and chloe are extremely amazing! i’ve gone to chloe for numerous pieces and still plan to keep going back to her. the shop is such a positive safe space, they make sure that everyone is comfortable and relaxed. broken crystal is definitely my favorite shop and it should be everyone’s favorite too
