I got a tattoo here about 10 years ago and came back in to try to get some simple tattoos. The guy I talked to was really rude and I could tell he didn’t want to do my tattoos. Said they were basic and “not exciting enough” for him to do. I’m a customer, it’s not my job to excite you. Didn’t end up booking an appointment.

Dot Dot did my tattoo here. He was great. He made it easy and almost painless. We were able to take several breaks which of course is nice. I told him what I wanted before I came in and he worked on the art work ahead of time and we got everything just perfect. I would highly recommend him!!

I have personally been tattooed by all three artists at this location and I couldn’t be happier. Mika, Jay, and Jarad have always made every tattoo experience I have had amazing. They are all extremely talented, hard working, and truly care about what they do for a living. Their knowledge of composition, art style, and longevity of a good tattoo gives a great sense of comfortability when it comes to getting tattooed. I have walked away from that shop every single time elated with the work I’ve gotten.. GO GET TATTOOED, you won’t regret it. :)

My wife got her nose done by dylan, and then I got my septum done by autumn. They are both excellent peircers, I absolutely loved how nice they were, and how clean they were. They both wiped down every surface multiple times. Super friendly definitely recomend and will be coming back in the future.

Had a excellent experience with Lilith. She did my tattoo just the way I wanted it. Very professional. And establishment was so clean. This is the 3rd tattoo I have had done at this shop..Highly recommended them

I've had work done by Ty and he is incredible. He's very talented, professional with a light touch. I would totally recommend him to anyone looking for an awesome tattoo. He's definitely your guy if you're looking for traditional pieces but I've seen him rock any piece and any style he tries.

My experience has been nothing but the best at Bonaroo Tattoo. I went to Nick for a touch up on an older tattoo; as well as, a rather large piece that was part of a cover up. He exceeded my expectations with his design and really understood what I wanted. The entire process was great. I could not be more pleased with the work Nick has done. Based on the work I saw all of the artists are extremely talented.

Let me say that I read all sorts of reviews before I decided to drop in for a Daith piercing. First I laughed at the sign that said "no services below $60" because that already cancels out half the negative reviews on this page. Learn to read people.
Lauren came up and introduced herself and told me there was a bit of a wait, I didn't have an appointment so I was a grown up and waited. When Lauren and I chatted and she explained to me in very plain terms that a daith piercing is not scientifically proven to help migraines, but it would look pretty. I understood but I am willing to try anything so we went ahead with it- couldn't be any worse off than I currently am!
Everything was fast, clean, professional, and worth a five star review. Lauren is super knowledgeable, the two other guys in the shop that were working were appropriately professional and nice. I will be going back and referring others.

Terrible customer service. Nick is absolutely rude and I will NOT take my business there or refer anybody to go here. Your artists should NEVER make your customers feel they are above them and he definitely came off that way.
I'd like to make it perfectly clear that it was NOT the ID situation. It was his attitude as a whole I came in with my boyfriends mom and she felt the same way I did. We both felt that we were inconveniencing him and she was also planning on getting work done by him as well.

Honestly. Go anywhere else but here!!!! I was trying to schedule an appointment for a piercing for my daughter and Autum is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I will drive an hour somewhere else to not deal with this rude unprofessional person!!!! I hope you lose business, I wouldn't trust with with a goldfish.
