Brandon was absolutely wonderful in making me and my friend comfortable when we got many piercings from him recently! We had some troubles with one of our piercings and he fixed it for us with no problems and lots of patience for us! Never had a better or nicer piercer! Highly recommend him and Bonaroo! Definitely the best piercer I have ever gone to and a great person!!!

My daughter asked to get her ears pierced for her 4th birthday. Dylan and Ivy were incredible. I love that they did tandem piercing so we only had to do it once. I am in the medical field and was very impressed by the sterilization process which was important to me. Dylan also took time to explain everything to my daughter and was very precise about the placement. It was an amazing experience overall!

Nails is amazing! So sweet and very knowledgeable of her craft. She pierced my forward helix 3x at once and they have healed so well. Such a fun experience! I just downsized the jewelry after 6 weeks, and yes, it was uncomfortable for a bit. But she talked me thorough the process and my piercings feel so great now. My sister and I came here to get a few piercings each for my birthday, we got an appointment with their piercer Nails, she was so warm and knowledgable about each piercing we wanted. I got my snug pierced and my helix. She walked us through the whole process and made us feel very comfortable, and was a very skilled piercer. She made the whole experience an absolute blast. Nails also made herself easy to reach too if we had any follow up questions or concerns after the fact which was super nice. Id highly recommended!

Nails was wonderful and fully empowered my daughter to own her experience and make her own decision. She was kind and thorough even though I was a complete idiot and didn't read the directions when I booked. My daughter is very happy and loves her piercings.
