Didn't feel a thing. Great place to go. Heard about them through many friends. They didn't disappoint. Took me with no appointment and decent price. All the artists are talented and professional. Good sense of humor too. I'll recommend it to anyone and I'll be going back.

Very mellow but energetic vibe the moment we walked in. Joe answered the phone and was encouraging and supportive - he was just as much so in person. The whole process took about an hour but I always knew what to expect and he regarded my two-word tattoo as if it was a 500-word sonnet. Quality is definitely in their business plan, as is a very clean shop. PS: Don't let the exterior fool you, it's all about country music once you get inside:)
