I went to Phantom 8 for a piercing. Amy was my piercer and she was AMAZING! She put aside plenty of time for the appointment, making sure to answer all my questions and make me as relaxed as possible. She was so sweet and made it the best experience. Stacie was very professional and very helpful when I ended up passing out after getting my septum pierced. She grabbed me some water when I was laying down. She also walked me through everything that would happen as she was piercing my nose, as well as what was needed for aftercare and how long healing time is. Over all great place, and friendly staff! I highly recommend!

Amy and the girls up front were super sweet. There was a whole mix up with payment , and they were super professional, caring and kind about the process with correcting the issue.
