I have had three tattoos done by Ish. I have never had a better experience getting tattooed than I have by him. He is knowledgeable about what he’s doing and is so clean. I get complimented all the time at how clean his lines are and how uniquely beautiful my tattoos have turned out. He is educational on how to make sure they heal well and genuinely cares about the preservation of his work. He’s the best and I won’t go anywhere else!

Amazing shop! I have been seeing Ishmael to help me finish a sleeve I started with another artist. I have bad social anxiety but he always makes me feel at ease when I am at the shop. The prices are fair, the tattoo work is excellent, and it is easy and quick to book an appointment. I am also black, and I am very hesitant about getting color tattoos as I’ve had bad experiences with artists that don’t understand how to tattoo color on black skin. Ishmael is very knowledgeable about how the colors will look on different skin tones, and I am so happy with the results I have gotten. They are better than I could have imagined. I am very pleased with the service here. This is my favorite tattoo shop in Colorado, and I’ve been to quite a few.

Ishmael, and Ron run the cleanest, most professional tattoo shop that I've ever been to, with a sweet location in downtown Colorado Springs. They do truly amazing traditional, and japanese tattoos, and have original flash on the walls that gets updated all the time. I've been going to Lucky Devil for the past five years and totally trust them with their great tattoo ideas. Every tattoo that I've gotten there turns out better than what I had pictured. so I’m from Texas, came to Colorado Springs for vacation, was recommended this shop because I’ve heard it’s “ so good “ . I go in and ask for a face tattoo . I don’t know what the gentleman’s name was, but he said “ I don’t do face tattoos, especially you not having sleeves, I wouldn’t recommend “ what does me not having full sleeves have anything to do with what I’m wanting?! Literally let 4 new customers walk out the door for that petty comment, I have tattoos all

Ron did my tattoo and he is just absolutely the best! I absolutely love the way it came out and will definitely be going back to him! The shop was VERY clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. Got a new American Traditional lighthouse tattoo on my shin from Ron. Its just about done peeling and man does it look good and it isn't even fully healed yet. Ron was a great artist to work with and did a bang up job. He is a traditional artist so if that is the style you are looking for then he will be your guy. Will be definitely hitting him up in the future whenever in looking for the same style with a different design.

I started going to Ishmael 3 years ago and have been going ever since. His line work is strong, smooth, and consistent. He has a great eye for balance and I get compliments on every tattoo he does. I highly recommend not only him but every artist at Lucky Devil.
