I’ve been coming to Lucky Devil for years! I get plenty of compliments on their work and anytime I’ve gone anywhere else the quality just isn’t the same. It’s so clean and the atmosphere inside is awesome. I’ve worked with Ron and Steve and recommend them to anyone who asks. I love this place!

His open communication with me resulted in the perfect design I was looking for (and even better than I'd hoped). This shop is hands down my favorite in the Springs. Not only is their attention to sanitation top priority, the work speaks for itself. I am regularly asked where I get my tattoos done. Ishmael does beautiful traditional work and his bedside manner is top tier. I genuinely look forward to my appointments with him.

Lucky Devil Tattoo is the pinochle of that “classic tattoo shop” experience. As you walk into this shop you are greeted by walls full of flash; as well as, professional, experienced artists. Personally, Ishmael is my tattoo artist; I have been working on a American Traditional sleeve with him and it has come out better than imagined. Receiving a tattoo is an experience, it is a piece of artwork you are trusting someone to put on your body for the rest of your life. Lucky Devil (Ishmael in my experience) has helped to make my journey an unforgettable experience. The quality of tattoos, cleanliness of the shop, relationships you build are like no other. Honesty is huge; going into my first few tattoos I had no knowledge with anything tattoo, I gave Ishmael the reins; we bounced ideas off of each other (when it was a bad idea he was straight up with me); his knowledge did not disappoint. Going into my last appointment to finish off my sleeve the ideas to start a new project have already started; with no doubt in my mind— I will choose Ishmael and Lucky Devil Tattoo.

I’ve been getting tattooed at Lucky Devil for awhile now. I couldn’t be happier with my tattoos. Some artists in the past have made me uncomfortable because of the way they speak to me as a woman. But the opposite is true with Ron. He creates a professional space to be tattooed in where I feel respected. These folks take pride in their work and I appreciate that. Ron cares about what he does, and it shows.

I wanted to get a tattoo on my wrist before the rest of my arm was tattooed and he gave me some good information and convinced me to wait until more of my arm was done. I know some people would be upset about that but I really appreciate him caring enough to have my best interest in mind, instead of just going along with it for a quick buck.

Been going to Lucky Devil for a few years and since the first time I messaged Ishmael I’ve experienced nothing but absolute professionalism from Ishmael and the other artists there. Incredible shop with a great professional atmosphere and the work speaks for itself. I no longer live in CO due to the military but anytime I visit I plan to return to continue getting my work done here. I highly recommend this shop!

I cannot say enough good things about Lucky Devil. The shop is clean, welcoming, and a sanitary environment is top priority. Everyone is treated with respect; whether it’s your first tattoo or just adding to your collection.
They have amazing flash pieces or if you have your own idea, they will work with you on design, size, placement…anything with the client’s best interest in mind.
Ish has been my artist for the past 5 years or so and his work is amazing. The cleanest lines and saturated pigment. Even the yellows and light greens look great years later.
If you’re interested in American traditional or a traditional Japanese piece, don’t bother going anywhere else; this is the place.

If you’re looking for American Traditional these guys are it! I’ve been going to Lucky Devil for about 8 years and they’ve never disappointed. Ish has always done an amazing job. I love how you can give him an idea of what you want and he always goes above and beyond to make it one of a kind. The honesty..very real(and very much appreciated) the shop..squeaky clean, the music..always a vibe and the tattoos..top of the line!!

I love lucky devil tattoo!! I have been in a few times to get work done by Sonny. Each time I felt so comfortable and welcomed by everyone and the environment. Getting tattooed has been easy and full of good times and conversation. His attention to detail and suitability is impeccable. I will continue to go back.
