Gave my mom an amazing thigh piece that won a prize and covered up one of my terrible pieces with a tattoo that I’m absolutely in love with! I had been looking all day for someone to tat my son up with a simple cross on his finger. With him being 17 everyone said NO, I called Empire and they did not hesitate.
