Mike Hendrick is amazing. This was by far and away the best tattoo experience I have ever had. He listened to what I envisioned and completely blew me away with his work. His shop is incredibly clean, he's an amazing guy and his work is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend him!

I had a good experience each and every time I went to him! All of my tattoos look incredible and have lasted! Mike is a really good person and he always has something to talk about with his clients so it isn’t awkward! I may have been to this tattoo shop once but I absolutely loved the shop itself and love the destination! He is also very cleanly and does an incredible job at matching the design that you want!

I’ve only gotten a few tattoos here, but my wife has gotten over 9 now! When she got one a few days ago, we flat out told Mike that if he ever moved, even in another country, he would still be our only tattoo artist! His quality is always amazing, the prices are more than affordable, and Mike always has the best suggestions for making our ideas even better! Between my wife and I, we’ve had over 10 separate tattoo artists and no one has ever come remotely close to Mike’s quality!

I have had Mike do all 3 of my tattoos and I absolutely LOVE each of them. He has always been so easy to work with and willing to do what is needed to ensure that I love my tattoo. I usually give him ideas and the place where I want it. He was even willing to send me a picture of what it will look like on my arm or leg when I needed more of a visual. Every time I show up, what he has drawn up has exceeded my expectations. He is always available for aftercare questions. He is a genuine guy and I don’t plan on getting tattoos from anyone else.

I love Ivy League! Everyone there does a great job! I’m a local in Buena Vista and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Mike is great at what he does. He works with his customers so we’ll. His day was fully booked and He made time for me to come in! He also does free touch ups and I appreciate that so much! I got my 2nds their too and it was such a smooth process! Love the environment I could not say enough good things about Mike and Ivy league!

I’ve been to Mike three times, twice at Ivy League, and he’s truly the best. each time he captured the idea I was going for, and I love the creativity/willingness to adjust and work with what I wanted - he made sure I was happy/comfortable with the tattoo before starting. awesome ink, awesome guy, and now it’s basically a tradition to come see Mike whenever we make it out to colorado. you rock dude!

My wife was excited about her first tattoo. We saw the shop driving by that looked nice. She texted a number they had on their answering service and we dropped in. There were 2 people working each with clients. Andre got done with his client and worked my wife in. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was nervous and excited but he helped calm her nerves and did a great job. It was a small piece so it didn’t take too long. It turned out great. If this is how they handle their day to day, we would recommend Ivy League again and again.

If you're looking for a sign to get a tattoo, here's your sign. Go to Mike at Ivy League! The studio is professional and clean, Mike is friendly and always welcoming. I've gotten two tattoos from him, both times I came in/texted him with pictures of ideas I had seen and liked and he worked with my idea, area I wanted it and my schedule. It was especially awesome to come in with ideas and watch him produce original art work specifically tailored for me. Throughout the 6ish hour tattoo I was super comfortable and relaxed, he was extremely accommodating and knew exactly what he was doing. His prices are more than fair for his exceptional work. I recommend all my friends to go to Mike and they all love his work, vibe and couldn't be happier. I plan to get all future tats from him. Thanks again for the amazing work Mike!

Mike is the best tattoo artist I know and I'm so happy he has his own shop now!! Even if he's booked up, he is absolutely worth the wait. He has done almost all of my tattoos for the last 7 years and I recommend him to everyone that asks.

Mike at Ivy League Tattoo is truly a professional!! My wife and I found this studio in Buena Vista and we started out with a couple small outline tats that turned out perfect. The artwork and experience was so great that I eventually scheduled a larger black line work tattoo for my wife because she really wanted to go back! Of course we got exactly what we were looking for! We're so happy that we discovered this epic studio and we can't wait to go back!
