"Welcome to Tengu Tattoo! Our piercings are $25 each with FREE starter jewelry. Our tattoos have a minimum of $50 and an $125 hourly rate! Stop on by! We provide custom tattoos. We are located in the lower level of Aurora Mall next to JCPenney."

Dudes here are pretty laid back and chill, they are pretty clean for how it looks. Things are pretty cheap for the service. I like it there. But not my top pick for a special tattoo

I was dissapointed in the behavior of the lady in the front desk, she had no interest in answerimg my questions and kept short replies. Im 18 i can legaly get a piercing or a tattoo, however i forgot my ID in the car, and the car was on the other side of the mall. My mother/legal guardian was was with me and was willing to sign anything to get my EARS pierced but the lady at the desk seemed so annoyed at my questions from earlier and would NOT let me get my ears pierced with out my ID when my MOTHER was there to sign for me. I dont get it.
