We just left the place with our new dab rig, get home to find its not pulling correctly. We inspect and find a hole in the recirculator tube. They would not exchange the piece. I understand their return policy, but this all happened within 10 minutes. I feel like the employee could have inspected it better for their return policy is so strict. Had a great experience beforehand, now they can lose my business. Happy Birthday to my brother huh

They have a nice selection for a town like Santa Barbara, but the guy working there had a few too many dabs or something… I went there to buy a vape pen, and the guy was telling me that I was damaging my vape batteries because of how I was charging them… I was replacing it because I lost it, which I told him. He continued to tell me that I had to buy one of his wall usb chargers because if I didn’t, the vape battery was getting 110 volts at home and 12 volt while driving around. He insisted that it would also overcharge, so I had to set a timer when I charged it. He did follow up by saying that all of this info was available in the instructions. The product doesn’t come with instructions, but on the website, it clearly states that one of the perks of its design is that it’s protected from overcharging. Besides that, standard USB port voltage output is 5 volts…. After all that, I told the guy I didn’t want the wall
Charger, but I did want the vape. When I got home, I emptied the bag and found the wall charger in it, which he charged me for. Wasn’t worth going back to ask for my money back. It was only $6. But it was a huge bummer for my first experience there. Not likely to go back

They didn't have what I was looking for, but the guy working there offered to order it and even spent the time to figure out exactly what the weird size of pod I needed for my Smok was. He took down my number and offered to give me a call when they got it in.
I'd give them 5 stars, but I've never gotten a call back about it and it's been a decent amount of time since I dropped by. I eventually found the right size pod at Cigar Empire on State though.

Buyers beware. I bought 5 batteries for 510 carts at once. They all failed within a couple days, 2 didnt work out of the box. Manager refused to help me out saying "had you brought them in yesterday I could exchange them".
I shopped here for over a decade, now I would rather drive 60 miles than return to this location.

Bought a brand new mod from these guys and after about a week it starts getting screwy, temperature goes up automatically and the screen stays on, needing to take out the batteries to turn it off. I take it back and explain the problem, asking to exchange for the same thing or even upgrade and spend a bit more. But no. I leave my information with Joseph and wait for a call back. No call. I go in several times to speak with a manager. Never there. Totally unprofessional. I'll never buy from this place again and suggest no one else does..unless you're ok with them selling you garbage
