I can’t say enough good things about this shop! I’ve gotten two tattoos from Riki (nirvana_ink) and my mom has a gorgeous rib piece from Phong (inkedby_phong). I’ve felt comfortable, at ease, and really enjoyed my experience each time. I only wish I lived closer so I could book with them more often, but we’ll both definitely be back for more in the future! I get compliments on my gargoyle tattoo every single day and I couldn’t be happier with it 🖤🖤

Awesome place. Phouc was amazing. Gave me the sleeve I had imagined in my head. He walked me threw my plan too make the sleeve look absolutely perfect. When I first walked in Justin greeted me and he helped me get the perfect artist to get the job done. I’m telling whoever is reading this, I’ve checked out a lot of shops and personalities and this shop was fun, Everyone was funny as hell I had a really good time and each artist really really cares about the ink they put on you. I really would recommend for anyone. Thank you guys!!

Got tattooed here by Jason back in August. It’s been three months and it’s healed great. The lines are super even and clean, and I had a great experience while getting tattooed. Definitely would recommend! (The pic with the sandal in it is fresh, the other one is now)

Had a great experience getting tattooed here by Xiu. I got light headed during my tattoo and the staff got me snacks and water. Xiu was very patient and let me take my time until I was feeling well enough to continue. My tattoo looks amazing and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on it already. I highly recommend New Generation Tattoo!

Very unhappy with this experience. I booked an appt a month out. I wasn’t sent my design until the the day of my appointment. After going back and fourth with the artist it was clear she wasn’t understanding what I wanted. As I was communicating I stared driving to my appointment and asked 3 times if we should reschedule until we had come to an agreement on the design and she said no repeatedly. After I had already driven 1 hours towards the shop she told me she was unable to draw my design because she was in class. She did give me a refund but what a huge waste of my time taking the day off from work and driving an hour there and back. Very poor customer service not to mention she never apologized or anything. Definitely recommend going to a place that has better time management and respect for their customers.

My sister and I just got tattooed here yesterday by Lam. He was incredible! My sister was getting her first tattoo and I was getting my second. Lam made us feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. He was patient with us and helped us make sure our tattoos were the exact way we wanted them to be. He did an amazing job on my sisters tattoo and mine as well. They came out better than we could have imagined! We are both so happy with the outcome. The shop itself was very clean and the environment was inviting and relaxing. I would 100% recommend both New Generation Tattoo and Lam to anyone looking to get tattooed! I know my sister and I will definitely be back!
