Made an appointment with Toby and was so excited about it. Got to the appointment and he said he had a migrane and needed to reschedule- which was fine because he's tattooing in a place I had an open cut that wasn't all the way healed so we rescheduled. On the new day I of course had the stomach flu. I didn't have his personal number so I called the shop and told them to tell Toby I was sick and would call to reschedule . So I tried DMing him several times and he blantantly ignored me. Ended up finding his number on Instagram and texted him, called him, called the shop for him and they said "text him to reschedule". I even emailed him. He basically stole my deposit and won't contact me back. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. All I wanted was a tattoo from him. He has absolutely no respect and to just ignore someone who has already paid the deposit is basically just stealing my money. Extremely disappointed. And I've never ever ever felt the need to review someone until now since he literally stole my money. All I wanted was to reschedule. So unprofessional

I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this place. I should have YELPED it 1st! This Matthew Hamlet is a professional disgrace. Took my money but never provided anything except a few text messages with lame excuses and a date to have the sketch by which has now come and gone several times, still no word. Went to the shop twice already to be told that there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY for people that work there, so it is MY PROBLEM. Although they were nice enough to give us suggestions on how we could go about trying to "show up" on this idiot by surprise. Well he has been a no show for 2 weeks. But we were there just a few days ago and no mention of him not being seen or heard from. I am sorry, but this is not a business, highly unprofessional. Go to a reputable shop! Sorry I ever walked through the door!

As a customer we'll have hi expectations comes down to tattoo artist.. At least 2 options when creating lettering for u .. after chasing my tattoo phone call after phone call & getting back to at midnight a day before my tattoo... After chasing him for 3 weeks and come up with 1 option on my tattoo day .. very poor .. I did bring my own letters for dude to work with. . . Did not even make it happen...

Great tattoo shop. The only gripe that I have is the parking. Anywhere close tok the shop is either 2 hour or 30 mins but I came early enough to find some all day parking
