Today I took my cousin who just had their 18th birthday in to get their ears pierced. While I was there, I also received a piercing. Jacob was very thorough in explaining step by step what was happening, the tools he used, and made sure that placement went well before piercing. After, he made sure we knew aftercare, and gave us a digital format of aftercare instructions, and let us know if we have any questions to call.
Not only was Jacob amazing and professional, he made sure to let us know that everything was sanitized, and they were making sure to wipe everything down. This was a practice before Covid, and will always be a practice. It helped my cousin's nerves a lot as he was very hesitant due to Covid.
10/10 Would Recommend.

He'll help you pick the jewelry that best fits your desired look while keeping in mind what'll work with your anatomy. I really love that he never made me feel pressured into moving forward on anything I wasn't sure about. A very excited little lady received as she said “THE BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER”
Jacob is literally the only person I would have trusted to do this procedure for my little nugget. She had so much anxiety going in and was absolutely terrified.. jake sat with her for a good 10/15 minutes reassuring her, letting her know that he would not start until she was ready. Allowed her time to breathe and really feel comfortable doing the procedure. Made sure that she wanted to get it done, once they established some trust he was so quick about it executed it flawlessly! Explained exactly what he was doing (she has repeated the steps telling everyone how it happened “he said here comes the needle, hold on one second, Boop! There’s your jewelry! Look how pretty”)
