Irene, the piercer, was amazing! Got my conch pierced and she talked me through everything she did before doing so and was very very nice. Would definitely recommend!!

There is an actual person helping on their website answering questions, not a robot, huge plus for me! The shop is cozy and clean, and the staff is always trying to make you feel at home. Will DEFINITELY recommend!

Guy at front desk was very unprofessional. Would rate it a zero if I could. Guy told me they’re not busy, came in to get a piercing and he told me to wait because the piercer was on his lunch, I asked how long and he rudely said be patient
