Very friendly, casual atmosphere. Communication was not great between me and my artist (he attended to a customer who came in AFTER ME WITH NO APPT and pierced her. This was during MY scheduled appt time and it took a while. I did not appreciate this at all. I was totally ignored, like a potted plant. No coming over to me to explain the delay. I tried not to take it personally...was it cuz I was black? Older? Fat? I sat snd waited patiently and then voiced my ire. I got a piss poor excuse and apology. I stayed cuz I wanted my tattoo. And though it was beautiful I value good customer service and will not go back for my next tattoo.

I loved this place. I went off the mercy of yelp to find a tattoo shop. I looked at several tattoo shops on here. I got a phrase tattooed on my forearm and did it as a walk in. Steve was the artist. He was hella fast and accurate. As a woman it can be intimidating going into a tattoo shop, but everyone there made myself and my other female friend feel comfortable. We even ordered pizza! I'd go hang out on a Friday here and not even get a tattoo, it was that fun. I'll be back for that half sleeve! Thanks guys!

Showed up for a supposed appointment, but the lady had no idea. She accomadated me very well so much she said they had an artist coming from lunch break. I was kind of skeptical because I thought I had this planned out. Steve done my tattoo and i shared with him my ideas. To my surprise, and what I really liked about it, was that he freehanded. And it's effin sweet. I suppose if you're going to get a tattoo here I'd recommend just a walkin during their slow hours.

Tattoo Love staff were really nice and helpful, they were very busy but did there best to check up on everyone in there shop and even offered me something to drink. The guy in charge checked on artist work and even gave his info to call him if we had any questions about the work they done.

The work they do is good but they overcharge for everything, a simple earlobe piercing cost $60. An earlobe piercing should cost at absolute max $30 and I didn't even buy an earring from there, I brought my own.
