I've gotten both pierced and tatted at this shop. Super professionals, the only shop that I know that will refund a deposit with enough notice and covers touch ups for life. I know that I will definitely be back. So many talented artist you just want to move from table to table getting inked haha. Can't recommend this place enough.

They do an amazing service! Allen who did my piercing was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He made my first experience for my nose piercing an amazing one. He was quick and very honest about the piercing, pricing and which one I should get, also how long it would take which I love! Yes the price for choosing your jewelry is a little pricey, but it's for a reason, it's not cheap jewelry. Overall 10/10 I would reccomend! Great experience :) would do it again

this is THE WORST place ever to get a tattoo.... my tattoo looked ok at first and then after it just basely fell off.... like flaked off...
plus my tattoo ''artist'' did not speak a word of English and neither did most of the artists there... only the guys downstairs speak English so it was sooooo frustrating!
I will never ever recommend this. place to anyone... :(

Well the booking on the phone everything went smoothly.
When me and my boyfriend got there we had to wait 45 mins for the women to even come introduce herself and get our pictures for her to sketchโฆ
No one told me that there would be a HUDGE language barrier all the women who do the actual tattooing upstairs speak Korean or Japanese not sure what one and did not speak even two words of Englishโฆ.
She had to communicate through Google translate Very very frustrating while your trying to explain what you wantโฆ
I had to send her back in the sketch room 3 different times and then had to draw it my self for her to understand what I wanted which was just a simple wedding ring with initials in itโฆ
I will not be going back there.
Also the bed you lay on to get the tattoo was broke and I had to point out that it was unstable and felt like it will break
I had to actually
Right it in the Google translate for her to look and she had to screw in the table legs tighterโฆ
Itโs very unprofessional and the language barrier is not what I signed up forโฆ

The service was good, the tattoo artist was very nice but I never had a bad tattoo until I went to this place. It was a small tattoo and within a day or so the ink didnโt even stay in my skin the whole thing scabbed off leaving practically nothing as it healed, so now iโm definitely going to have to get my tattoo redone. I initially thought my tattoo came out good but apparently not. Maybe it was the ink or the artist but I didnโt expect to waste $100 just for the tattoo to come off like that.

I am the worldโs biggest baby! Thank god for Lucy! I got both my lobes pierced today and I was feeling dizzy and sweaty, I told Lucy that and asked for water. She thanked me for letting her know and went to get me a water. Next thing I know Lucy is saying, โSit up, sit up.โ I had passed all the way out. Fainted, whatever you want to call it. I went to Lala land for, I donโt know how long. But Lucy helped me and talked me through it and made me feel not like a giant loser, 36 year old man who couldnโt handle getting the same piercing most girls get from ages 0-6. Women having a much higher threshold for pain. But honestly, it didnโt feel that painful. Not sure why I passed out. Who knows? Anyway, itโs all good now and I love my piercings. Thanks again, Lucy
