I went in with my two friends for the flash tattoo deal that was going on. The artist we were given was incredibly nice to my first friend and cordial enough to my second friend. He immediately seemed put off by me but I ignored it, thinking i was being overly sensitive. He then proceeds to stencil and tattoo both of my friends before me in a very professional manner, using the images that they had asked for and not giving any issue. When my turn came, he flat out rejected my first request, saying there was 'too much black in it', which fair enough. So i found a different design FROM THEIR WEBSITE, which he heckled and continuously mocked me for throughout, as if to bully me out of my choice. Instead of using the image that was printed out for the stencil like the other two, he grabbed by hand and tried to freehand draw it. Of course, it was not good. He then said "Oh, i know what you want" as if me wanting a stencil done with my chosen image was a HUGE hassle for him. He pulled out his pad and freehand draw it again without using the image that was given to him. At this point I was so frazzled and scared to say anything more because i thought he'd get even more upset so i just said nothing and let him proceed. Of course, it looks horrible. The absolute worst looking tattoo I've seen in a while. He used excessive force and seemed to be trying to get a rise out of me. I have several tattoos, so my pain tolerance is high, but that also means i know when someone is either unskilled in the craft or trying to hurt me on purpose. It could have been either but i suspect the latter. His needle also popped out on 2 or 3 separate occasions, falling onto the floor, and only changed it out completely after it happened multiple times. Overall a horrible experience that made me want to cry after and 40 dollars waisted on something that should have been simple that I am now going to have to have covered up because it was so poorly done. I would never step foot in this store again and would not recommend it to anyone, especially women of color.
EDIT:
I don't know how to reply to a good review but to the owner: you don't recognize me because i don't work at a tattoo shop. I don't even live in the area. I was a genuine customer who was excited to get a new tattoo and let down by your horrible service. Go ahead and go to this tattoo shop you claim i work at and ask. I do not work for them. And honestly, i'm even more disgusted by your response. How dare you threaten me instead of taking responsibility for your work. Blaming your negligence and hatred on false claims instead of just apologizing is so so gross. Go ahead and try to take legal action. I have proof of it from the horrible tattoo and the two friends as witnesses. It's not smearing your businesses name if i'm just telling my truth.

Wow if I could leave 0 starts I would. I got a tattoo from here and honestly the tattoo artist looked like he was having a bad day from the start. Yes the tattoos are cheap but the quality too??? I guess you get what you pay for ...looks like I'm going to have to go to another shop to get this one fixed...

Ok so I had the pleasure of getting pierced by DC. I went in for there special 2 for 30 dollars plus my septum. A total of 60 bucks. Which isn't to bad.
So after waiting up to 10 minutes DC instructed us to his area. I had to visit the restroom to let out my nervousness. I asked for the numbing spray for my nose and he replied yes that he had it. But we started with my tongue, which was super fast and it didn't hurt and it was my 2nd time having it done.
Then we moved on to my Monroe, which was also my 2nd time I asked if he could pierce were the original was and he was able to.
Now the septum. I asked for the numbing spray and he joke about how he put it on already. Me realizing that it didn't exist. I started laughing with my sister. Actually the entire time we were laughing. But I got brave he clamped down on my nose and began. It hurt but was tolerable. Reason I'm giving 5 stars is because he made me feel comfortable and he joked with us. The only thing I would change is adding a count down to when he was going to begin. Me not knowing made it a little stressful. I would definitely return. Thinking about getting my nipples redone.

Most terrible piercer Iβve ever experienced. Went into this shop yesterday to get their 2 for $30 piercing special. First of all the piercer did not throughly sanitize his piercing equipment, so I was already weary. He marks my nose with a sharpie, not a skin safe marker then hands me a mirror to check in the marking spot is okay. I ask him to move the marking back slightly as it wasnβt placed properly, he then hands me the marker and tells me to βMark it myself since I clearly know what Iβm doingβ. After he demands me to mark my own nose, he leaves his station for about 5 minutes leaving me confused and bewildered. He comes back and I ask him if he could mark my nose for me in the spot I asked him if he could be before to walked out. He refuses to mark my nose because (in his words) βI already marked it and you werenβt satisfied, so why should I do it againβ He then asked me to leave, because he was upset.

great. I was a walk in for a piercing with a lobby full of guess and manage to get in and out within an hour. Also although I'm dramatic Dc was patient with me and I left a happy customer. I'd definitely return.
