Super quick and friendly service AND very useful info as a first timer getting my ear lobes pierced. Definitely the place to go for a reasonably priced and positive experience. Def heading back!

Went all the way to this location and showed them what I wanted. The guy at first desk semi translated to the artist, we came to an understanding eventually. I understand a language barrier, but as thing progressed, I asked what the process was and once he translated that, the artist took offense. He thought I was undermining his ability. I just wanted to know what I was paying for and what else he maybe had to add to the tattoo, shading and such. The translator just basically stood there, smoking his cigarette and wasn’t really caring what I was saying. I just wanted a tattoo for my birthday 😂 but nahhh.

Had us waiting at the front desk for nearly 30 minutes. Unprofessional, and rude with no communication skills. First if of all couldn't even express the dangers of doing certain piercings on pregnant women, then couldn't even explain what other options were available. SMDH. Waste of time.

the piercer actually pierced my ear at an angle. I showed it to a different piercer who told me not only is it completely angled but also too thin of a piercing and could rip my cartilage off. On top of this he pierced it backwards? They were nice there but the quality of the piercing sucks.

Ocean is GREAT! Walked in with a Tattoo that should of been America's Worst; but after, I walked out overjoyed. He is VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, FUN, LISTENS & ENGAGED ME WITH GREAT CONVERSATIONS! I would absolutely recommend him and the shop itself to anyone. There's a great group of VERY TALENTED people here! Great night with great people 🤗💚

I spent the last few months trying to not cry every time I look at my back. I spent months researching and talking to artists. As a black woman I had very specific request for my tattoo artist and the MAIN one was do you know how to work with color/shading Melanated skin. Clearly This wasn’t the case. This was the large piece I wanted and hoped would be satisfied. I’m left with too dark of a piece to do anything else with and crooked art work. I’m overwhelmed and so frustrated. I spent a lot of money to now have to find someone else to fix it and pay even more money IF they’re willing. Then to add insult to injury he says it “MY SKIN” that’s the problem. Wow!
