I wanted to share my experience with one of the new female tattoo artists here at this shop. I directly contacted Geselle to ask and talk about a concern that I had but she took it to a hot headed level. She then asked me to call her to discuss my questions. So I did and it took just One question for Geselle to become unprofessional, unpleasant and dismissive towards me. She had previously gave me assurance to ask her anything with honesty, which I did. My side of the story is pretty long to write out. Anyway On our call, things got out of hand and she didn't even let me speak. She raised her voice at me and told me in an ill manner that she wouldn't finish my tattoo and to go and find someone else. Out of spite Geselle posted on her story what had happened. Relentlessly pointing out That I wasted her time, that I was broke and just basically that I couldn't afford her. Which I assure her or anyone else that I'm well off. Never did ask her for a discount or any type of hook up. Point blank, why would I go get tattooed IF that was the case. I hope she learns to better address her clients, so her feelings doesn't get mixed with business. Also to do better than taking things to a personal level, itcan be unhealthy for her as well as for the client. I lastly wanted to say that I was never upset with Geselle but I am very disappointed in her actions as an artist and how she handled the situation.
